Question Off-Site Requests

This is potentially a silly question that's already answered somewhere. I've been digging around through the rules and these Q&A forums, but have not come across my answer.

I see an off-site requests forum mentioned in several places, but I do not see the forum itself. Is this a case of me not being past the 24-hour period and having fewer than 3 posts?


I would wait and find out, but, well, I need 3 posts anyway. Plus, I can see and read the other forums that I cannot post or reply to yet due to the wait time. So, it seems odd to not have the off-site section visible but locked somewhere.

You're absolutely right! Once you've had your 3 posts, and you've been patient for 24 hours, the entirety of BM and it's sub categories will open up to you.

Makes sense! Thank you for the quick answer. I figured this was the answer, I just had to be sure. I came here specifically because I heard off-site was not against the rules.
