Hello there, everyone. This is a request thread for RP set in my own Threcia setting. Now, I'll link the Worldbuilding thread shortly, but there's no need to read the entire thing in depth. At the top of the Worldbuilding thread, I have condensed down everything you need to know into a few concise paragraphs, all together not exceeding 500 words.
The Worldbuilding Thread
This roleplay will be conducted through PMs, though I also have discord if that is your preference. I consider myself to be an experienced writer with about 5 years of ERP experience. I typically write 200-500 words a post but will go above or below that depending on necessity, such as for a big exposition piece or quick back-and-forth dialogue.
My post frequency is dependent on how big the posts are, but I can typically get out a post a day assuming nothing comes up RL.
I intend for this Roleplay to have smut. As for the question of how much, that can go up to 20% smut to 50% smut depending on your preference.
I would consider this Roleplay to be Co-GM'd, allow me to explain what that means.
Both of us will play multiple characters. We will decide between ourselves which characters we want to play. We will both collaboratively craft the narrative together. We will both design the scenarios together. I intend for us to share the work evenly between the two of us. However; the Roleplay will take place around Jakov and what he is doing. I want things to be Episodic, like a TV show, where we think of a mystery he can solve, and then RP him out solving it. There can be characters that show up very often and are just as important as him, but he is the axis upon which the narrative spins. Think of it this way: Josuke is only one character in Diamond is Unbreakable, but without Josuke we don't have Diamond is Unbreakable.
So we would take, we might decide to have a plot based around Jakov investigating a Baroness and her Hireling. We divy out responsibilities, you play the Baroness, I play the hireling, so on and hence-forth!
This RP is going to have a Tech-Noir vibe to it. So think Blade Runner, Ghost in the Shell, or the video game Observer.
In terms of Aesthetics, I will admit I have a strong fondness for Cassette Futurism.
For the style of reference you use, don't stress over it. A reference is only that, and I'm not going to fret about having a "Realistic" or "Anime" art style. Use whatever catches your eye!

This is the part of my RT where I describe my Likes & Dislikes when it pertains to the smut side of the RP. For the sake of smut, I am looking for feminine-presenting partners. This can be Cis Women, this can be Trans Women, this can be Non-Binary people who present in a traditionally feminine manner. Of course, this all assumes that these are characters intended to be involved in Smut. Characters intended sheerly for narrative purpose can present any way that they might desire.
I don't like photographic references. I've tried it, given it a good fair shakes, just not for me: I will be using drawn references only and nothing else. While there can definitely be romance between the characters, and I encourage it, this is not a romantically driven plot, so please keep that in mind. In terms of Kinks & Limits, which I shall shortly list, I will make this clear: My Limits are Non-Negotiable and My Kinks Are Negotiable. Sort of. Kinda, there's one big Kink I'll put up front in center that needs to be touched on.
CURVACEOUS CHARACTERS: Look, when it comes to this Kink I've gone from Sheepish to Shameless. I like Tits. I like Ass. Does every feminine-presenting character need to look like they just crawled out of a Hentai? Of course not. But if your preference in terms of body-type is overwhelmingly petite, I just don't think we're going to Jive. Happens to the best of us.
Besides from that one exception, if you don't like one of my kinks it's really not a deal-breaker.
KINKS:
Outercourse, Ahegao, Lactation, Age Difference, Excessive Cum. Unrealistically Sized Penis, Ball-sucking, Nursing Handjobs, Face-Fucking, Rimming (Receiving), Adultery, Cock Worship, Breast Play, Cum play.
LIMITS:
Sexualized Gore, Sexualized Torture, Fetishized Abuse, Extreme Bondage, Scat, Farts, Feet, Musk, Non-Con, Disinterested Characters.
If there is a kink you do not see mentioned, that means that it is up for negotiation. I do not rule it out, but I also do not have a particularly strong urge to include it right off the bat. We can talk about it!

So, this is the part where I begin to discuss the ideas I have had for this Roleplay in terms of characters and plots, in order to give you some ideas of where to jump in! Now, a quick word about the setting: The Setting is not a Monolith. If we're going to RP, then it needs to be your setting as much as it is mine, so I am perfectly fine with making some changes to it to suit your needs. Now, obviously some changes are going to be harder sells than others, especially if they change something fundamental about the setting.
For example, "What if the Harvestmen were actually the good guys?" is going to be a hard sell--We'd need to discuss it in depth. "What if the harvestmen are the last remnants of an Alien Species fleeing a superior foe, and were intent on using Earth to replenish their population?" Okay, that I can start to build off of.
Then there are changes that are less consequential: Stuff like "What if City Security used swords and dressed up like Cataphracts" Sure! "What if there were Monster Girls as well as humans?" Why Not!
Basically, if it's a change with little consequence, It's not going to make a lot of smoke. If it's a change that fundamentally alters the setting, we'd need to talk about it.
Now, here are a couple example Plots and Characters, that I hope might get the gears turning!
PLOTS
-A Young Woman, Scion to a Baron, has gone missing. Foul Play is expected, but in truth, she sees the system as abusive, and does not wishes to be party to it.
-A member of City-Security, and one of Jakov's Former Co-workers has gone missing. He has been contracted to go and find them.
-A Gang has been making attacks on a Rival Gang with uncanny precision. Recently a Xenoglossary working for the Baron went missing. Kidnapping is suspected.
-Firearms are not hard to come by, but these are military-grade arms in the hands of gangsters. The Barony has a leak, and Jakov needs to plug it.
-A Man enters a gang-operated Casino and busts the house. The Gang suspects hacking, and hires Jakov to Investigate, though... This sounds a lot like Xenoglossy.
-The Leader of a powerful gang is assassinated, and 3 gangs take credit. Jakov needs to figure out which one actually did it... or if none of them did?
-The Baron is hosting an emissary from another city, who goes missing. He's fucked if he doesn't turn up, so he hires Jakov to Investigate.
-In a city of 400 million people, tracking down someone can be hard even if they're not missing. But Jakov will do it, if it gives an old woman some comfort in her last days.
-Serial killers are a fact-of-life. So many people, so many targets, too easy to clear off. But this one's hitting Barony employees. Jakov investigates.
-Pro-Bono Work. A Young Xenoglossary fell into the wrong crowd, and was trafficked away from her family. Fucker vanished, but Jakov finally has a bead on the bastard who took her.
-A Serial Killer who Jakov has been hunting down has been tracked down to the Barony of Thermopolis, and considering his choice of victims in previous murders, a multi-day Gala happening off the coast on a Megayacht is a tempting target for him. Jakov has to Infiltrate, mingle with the guests, and finger his quarry before it's too late.
-An Arcology is experiencing a higher-than-usual rate of disappearances, and Jakov has been sent to Investigate. Unable to get a decent lead, Jakov has been tracing red threads trying to find something to grasp onto. As it turns out, most of the missing people went to the same restaurant before they vanished. It could just be a coincidence, but Jakov doesn't believe in those.
CHARACTERS
-Jakov might be clever, but he's a bit of a luddite. A chick who knows how to use a computer would make a great accomplice to the PI. [Hacker Chick!]
-People wonder where the hell Jakov is getting all this kit from, well, he has a plug from his days back in City Sec. [Fixer!]
-People tell the damndest things to working girls, and Jakov's on first-name terms with their boss. [Brothel Madame!]
-Jakov's work is not always above board, and Barony doctors ask questions. Underground medics ask less, and aren't stingy on the morphine. [Underground Doctor!]
-He didn't expect to be taking on an apprentice, but after he pulled this girl out of the ashes of her gang, he couldn't turn her down. [Apprentice P.I.!]
-Jakov needs to keep the Blackblood flowing in his veins. Luckily, a boss-bitch and former employer of his offers him a good deal. [Gang Boss!]
-It's good to have an ear pressed up-stairs, and ever since The Baron cut his Secretary's pay, Jakov's been happy to make up the difference. [Baron's Secretary!]
-The Nomads who travel between cities are tough as nails, but few and getting fewer. But they are damn good with anything with an engine. [Nomad Mechanic!]
-Jakov's a quick draw, but he's only one man. Luckily, he's got a certain Soldier-of-Fortune who owes him a favor on Speed Dial. [Mercenary!]
-She was gunning for Jakov once, but with her employer in the hole and unable to pay up her contract, her and Jakov are on warm terms. [Assassin!]
-When Jakov was young--before he was in City Sec--He had a girlfriend he was going smooth with. He's not looking to settle down now, but she's come around his door. He appreciates her company too much to turn her away, but he doubts she'd be safe associated with him... [Ex-Girlfriend!]
