Callie Simpson sighed heavily as she caught a glimpse of her reflection in her floor-length mirror. She ran a hand across her flat stomach, not feeling content with the way she looked. Callie was a gorgeous girl and she had no reason to doubt her looks but she couldn't help but feel self-conscious sometimes. She was very young, only nineteen years old and was quite popular all throughout high school. Well only popular with the males; all the females hated her because she was known for stealing their boyfriends away from them. She'd sleep with their boyfriends once and then ditch them the next day. Honestly Callie was a major slut in high school and everyone at her school knew that. She had long blonde hair that was sometimes worn straight and at other times worn curly, depending on her mood. She was very thin and petite, weighing in at 85 pounds and being 5'1".
She could probably pass for a seventeen year old if she wanted to, not that she ever would. But Callie was no longer a slut. You see everything changed when she slept with her best friend back when she was only sixteen years old. Then she learned she got an amazing scholarship in London but didn't want to tell him because she knew it would be too hard to tell him she was leaving him. Of course he was angry when he found about it from someone else and their last night spent together included them having angry, rough sex thus resulting in her pregnancy. Luckily she was in London when she found out about the pregnancy so he had no way of knowing. She ended up giving up the baby for adoption because she knew she was too young to raise it on her own. Then she met David. They slept together and she thought he was just going to be a casual sex partner but they ended up getting married six months later, the day she turned eighteen (You see the first time they slept together she'd been underage and it would look bad if they got married while she was still underage). David was a doctor and his profession allowed Callie to buy expensive designer clothes which made her tiny body look even more amazing. Long gone were her days of dressing like a whore. Now she dressed like the classy wife of a doctor. Maybe it was a little strange that she was eleven years younger than her husband but she didn't care. She loved him and that was all that mattered.
Tonight Callie and David had planned on going out drinking at a bar but of course he got called into work right before they were supposed to leave. She insisted on staying home since it would be no fun without him but he told her to go out and try to have a good time. They would do this again another night. So that was why she was currently sitting at the bar, holding a glass of vodka in her hand and wishing David were here with her. It wasn't fun without him. She wanted to be on the dance floor with him, not sitting here all lonely, drinking the night away.
But while Callie may have seemed like the picture perfect wife this wasn't the case at all. She had a lot of problems that even her loving husband didn't know about. For instance, there was her obvious eating disorder. You couldn't weigh eighty five pounds and spend every day eating nothing but lettuce and drinking gallons of water and not have a problem. That wasn't the only thing that was wrong with her either. She had a drinking problem but she did a great job of hiding this from the world. Most of the time she could keep her drinking under control but when she got really depressed or stressed out it always came back and she drank until she passed out. Once she had to be rushed to the hospital and get her stomach pumped. That was how bad it was. That wasn't even the end to her problems. She had a serious addiction to cocaine and soon David would find out about it. Speaking of cocaine she remembered that she put some in her purse the second she heard that David wouldn't be coming with her. After making sure no one was looking at her she poured some of the powdery white substance on her hand and snorted a little, putting the bag back in her purse once she was done.
Callie was looking forward to the familiar sensation she loved so much that she always got when she was high. It had been such a long time since she last did coke, a whole week! She knew David would kill her if he ever found out about her coke habit so that was why she vowed to never do it around him. That would be stupid because he would obviously be able to tell that she was high. Luckily he was away at work a lot so she usually found time to do it when he wasn't around. But this week she hadn't gotten much time at all to herself so it was so nice to be able to do this here, even if it was in a crowded club. She figured most people here were on drugs anyways.
The bartender set a glass of vodka in front of her after she paid the woman and Callie took a sip of it immediately, loving the burning in her throat that accompanied the alcohol. She loved alcohol so much. Thank god her husband worked nights a lot since he was a doctor and always getting called in. Some nights she would drink so much that she passed out but he always just assumed she was sleeping because she was tired. He would never know that it was from the alcohol, unless he smelled her breath. But of course there were nights when she couldn't drink because she knew David would get pissed if he didn't get sex from her at least five times a week. Yes, their relationship did revolve around sex. She was starting to figure that out but the drinking and drugs helped her forget. She wanted to keep pretending that her marriage was completely perfect.
