LORE (backstory)​

In a faraway land, a kind King ruled his kingdom in an age of prosperity. The people ate well, the soil was fertile, trade was aplenty and the kingdom's wealth grew. However in an effort to expand, the kind sought advisors. That is when *she* arrived.
A mysterious maiden arrived in the kingdom, proclaiming herself to be a powerful sorcerer, and expressed her desires to advise the King in his efforts. Impressed, the King accepted and had the mysterious woman join his council. Though others like the Captain of the Royal Guard were suspicious of the woman, the King regardless continued to heed her advice. Especially when their council would last long into the night... In fact, many on the King's council would find themselves spending long nights with the mysterious sorcerer. From the Head of Coin to the Head of Farming, many would find themselves swooned by her charm.

It was only when her roots spread deep into the Council, were they all betrayed. The kingdom's army, all its knights and even the Captain of the Guard, were enslaved to her will. What was an army of unique, free souls was reduced to an army of drones, obedient to their Commanders, Captain and of course The Sorceress - who revealed herself not as a sorcerer, but a Dark Witch. Now a Dark Empress, the King had his crown & throne stolen by the Empress's enslaved forces. Chaos, followed by swift and harsh order swept across the Kingdom as the Empress's forced waged war against anyone who would remain loyal to the King.

Now, the kingdom is in an age of Darkness, ruled by the Empress and her enslaved Council. Where the story goes... only we can decide~
