While I do have a regular thread for original-ish plots, this search demanded a thread all for its onsie, so here it is.

Dragon Age: Origins had been released and I had been steadily trophy hunting for Oblivion and unaware of the wonders Thedas held within its plastic box, grasped tightly in the hands of a young child who had been hopeful of a temporary trade. My Oblivion for their DA:O.
Pfft... As if I would allow a smaller human access to the world of Tamriel via my copy, but the twinkle of good intentions melted the carefully constructed ice that had held my heart in place for a number of years at this point. I caved and went to work knowing I needed a break from the devil's device.
My Xbox.
That afternoon, after returning home, I heard it for the first time... Duncan's voice narrating the opening scene and I found myself drawn to the living room where the sound had emerged. There, on the screen was my first exposure to the Darkspawn and the unheard of, (to my ears at least), the 5th Blight. Instantly, I was lured by the story being unfolded before me and while I did continue to go to work the next morning, the matter of sleep was non-existent as I found myself smack dab in the middle of the Deep Roads.
Needless to say, I had finished the game, (I usually run straight through the story quests just to finish the game, then go back and replay though until EVERYTHING is completed), and I began anew...
Fast forward a few years and Dragon Age: Inquisition came out, (yes, I preordered, as any respecting DA fan would do, even after preordering DA:2 and finding it a bit "meh"). After finishing the game, inside and out, the itch to have some sort of closure for my Lavellan became too strong to bare and I sought out a means to gain that closure.
I began writing a sort of "fan fiction" that never got posted anywhere but I had found it lacking, still. I stumbled onto a community on the then, Twitter, and discovered the wonderful world of roleplaying.
I never found my Solas, but I did find an Emperor from the Warhammer world and did a cross over, so that was neat.
I am not looking for a Solas, or Lucanis, but I would like to create an adventure with another in the world of Thedas...
This is getting a bit longer than I had originally planned, so I will leave this here, though I reserve the right to edit at some point in the future... (and there will be edits, just a heads up.)
Thedas is a continent marked by centuries of conflict, shifting empires, and the influence of powerful magical forces. It is home to various peoples, including humans, elves, dwarves, and others, each with their own histories and struggles.
The Dawn of Thedas: The Ancient Times
The earliest known civilization of Thedas was the Elven Empire, a powerful and ancient civilization that spanned much of the continent. The elves were once immortal and deeply connected to magic, living in harmony with nature. However, their downfall began with the rise of the Old Gods, powerful, mysterious beings that offered forbidden knowledge to the elves. This led to the Exalted Marches, a series of conflicts with the Tevinter Imperium, a human empire that sought to conquer the elves and harness their magic.
The Rise of the Tevinter Imperium
The Tevinter Imperium became the first major human empire, founded on the exploitation of magic and slavery. The imperium spread across much of Thedas, especially after the elves were subjugated and turned into slaves. The Tevinter magisters used their dark and powerful magic, including blood magic, to maintain control, and the empire became a force to be reckoned with.
However, the Tevinter Imperium was ultimately weakened by internal corruption, the slow decay of its society, and its overreliance on dangerous magic. Eventually, the elves were freed, though their power had waned, and Tevinter's dominance began to falter.
The Fall of the Elven Empire and the Rise of Nations
After the fall of the elves' ancient empire, the Dales, a group of independent elven states, emerged but were eventually wiped out by human forces during the Exalted Marches. Meanwhile, new human kingdoms and nations began to rise, including Ferelden, Orlais, and Nevarra, each with its own complex politics, cultures, and struggles.
During this time, the Chantry was founded, spreading the worship of the Maker and establishing the Circle of Magi to control the use of magic. This created a system where magic users were often kept in check, leading to conflicts with both the mages and the general population.
The Blights and the Darkspawn
Throughout Thedas' history, the land has been ravaged by repeated invasions of the Darkspawn, monstrous creatures from the Deep Roads, an underground network beneath the continent. These invasions are known as Blights, each heralded by the rise of a new Archdemon, a corrupted Old God. The most famous of these invasions occurred during the First Blight, which led to the creation of the Grey Wardens, an order of warriors dedicated to fighting the Darkspawn.
While the Blights have been defeated, their recurrence remains a constant threat, casting a long shadow over Thedas.
The Dragon Age and Present Day
The Dragon Age refers to the most recent era, named after the return of dragons to the world, tied to the Blights and the resurgence of magic. During this time, various political and religious conflicts have emerged, such as the Mage-Templar War, a war between mages, who are controlled by the Templars, and the Chantry, which sees magic as a threat.
At the heart of these tensions lies the Inquisition, an organization formed to combat growing threats to Thedas, including rogue mages, Darkspawn, and political instability. The events of the Inquisition marked a turning point for many nations, uniting forces in the face of an increasingly uncertain future.
The world of Thedas remains in a fragile state, with old alliances tested and new powers rising, while the threat of Blights and dark forces still lingers on the horizon. The history of Thedas is one of cycles, with old struggles resurfacing and new challenges always looming.
If one had a hankering for some good old canon, we could take a trip as the two that survived, along with Alistar of course, but it would be up to the individual who accepts this challenge. Knowledge of the goings-on would be most helpful with this one, as it would follow that game, sort of with a lot more twists and turns. Or if one just wanted to play a canon character, I would not mind doubling up as Lelianna or Morrigan for the right partner.
I had this idea a while back, though it never went anywhere: Two Wardens who had survived their Joining are sent on a mission during the events of the 5th Blight. Tasked with heading into the Deep Roads, they are on the hunt for the archdemon, instructed with only finding its hiding place and reporting back to their commander. While gone, they are oblivious of what had happened to Duncan, possibly only learning about Ostegar through the grapevine. I am open to input on this one.
Mostly, instead of the Hero, or it could be that one of us were the HoF, sent to Amaranthine to investigate the weird stuff that had been taking place after the end of the 5th Blight. Either way, the Warden and partner venture forth and discover The Architect and learn more about the Darkspawn and how they are created. (If one has read the novels, one already knows what happens to them once they embark upon their Calling and we can discuss all of that via PM)
This idea would take place in Kirkwall. I do not truly enjoy playing canon characters, but would not be opposed to taking up the roles if another wished it. Isabella had been a favourite, where Merril tried my patience with her Dalish bs and the eluvian, (I adore the Dalish, don't get me wrong, but good griefโฆ it was evident that mirror was corrupted! )
More can be discussed via PM.
The reason I found this hobbyโฆ I wouldn't mind playing as just an agent of the Inquisition, so I am open to ideas on this one. I am open to playing as Morrigan, Cassandra, since I adore those ladies and tend to write a bit more firm and sassy characters and they are a comfortable fit. If I could find a Solas or even a Cullen type character, I would be pleased to the edge of the Sol System and back, but it is not a must have.
Again, I would rather write as an OC against an OC, so there's that.
The events of the game would be going on, but that doesn't mean that the Inquisitor hasn't sent our characters off on some sort of mission elsewhere.
This idea I had revolves around the Red Lyrium aspect. In DA:I, we learn about the 'red lyrium' and while it is explained later on, it is unknown and in need of studying early on. Our characters would be tasked by Cassandra to find where the red lyrium comes from. We learn that it is Blighted, later on, so as the creator's of this adventure, we would have some sort of angle to weave an adventure through different parts of Thedas.
While this game had only just been released back in October, it has received a wide rage of criticism for various reasons. And rightly so. (Everyone is entitled to their opinions... just sayin'.)
I did log an obscene amount of time on this edition through Thedas, but while I had just recently zero'd out the game, my first playthrough had struck the Muse with a desire to write something faaaaar better than the rp aspect of the game itself. They did leave out quite a bit from previous games and while they did touch on a few things, reveal a lot of others, and change a fuckton of lore, there are holes that need to be filled, (plot holes, you pervert! ), and I aim to write something that the creators of the game failed to do.
The writing was pretty horrible in some places and while I, myself, did enjoy some parts of it, I truly missed the in-depth interaction between the characters and would adore to write something where my character isn't a feckin' therapist for her team. Hell, my character doesn't even have to be Rook! Maybe we are a pair of Shadow Dragons who are trying to find out a few of the secrets of the Venatori? Maybe we are a pair of Crows, trying to navigate around the Antaam in Treviso and are the eyes and ears for Viago and Teia? (they had a muuuuuch bigger role in Tevinter Nights... I cannot say again how much one can learn from the books... They are soooOOooo good!!)
Either way one spins it, I would adore any sort of Dragon Age tale.
"I can see you... and I remember who you are. Why is that? Has something changed? You've changed. You can see me and remember me because you want to die." โ David Gaider
The two that are listed are not the only characters I have created. I do not mind creating something else, but these are the ones I have actually taken the time to flesh out, because that's what we all do, amiright? We all create some sort of Backstory for our characters, whether they're the Hof, Inquisitor, or Shepard... (better believe my next bump will be for Mass Effect, just sayin')
Without further adieu, here are the ladies I have created thus far... [/center]

Nova has a casual and fun air about her and is only serious when working, and even then, she tries to keep the environment light. She despises being the Inquisitor, for she knows it will only put her people in harm's way, but for the moment, she is content knowing her clan will be protected as long as she is in charge. Though a Magic user, she doesn't shy away from a fight. Learning the Way of the Knight Enchanter enabled her to charge head first into battle, Spirit Blade drawn, and lead the Inquisition into whatever evil they must defeat.
Nova was the 1st to the Keeper, a role she was none too thrilled to inherit. Her parents were killed by human raiders, which inspired the clan to move further north, passed the Free Marches. When news had reached the Keeper that a Conclave had been summoned, he knew then what must be done.
As is common among some of the more isolated clans, upon her birth, a prophecy was issued. She would one day, raise an army of ALL the races which inhabited Thedas, and defeat a threat to the entire world. Of course, prophecies are usually misinterpreted, so her parents, though uneasy, chalked it up to an old woman's crazy musings. Little did they know that sometimes prophecies should be heeded.
Being tasked with the observation of the Conclave, and strictly ordered not to interfere, she set out to the Temple where it all was to take place. The last thing she remembers from that fateful day, is a strange woman, reaching out to her, and a whole lot of running.
Waking in chains with a glowing hand, was something definitely not on her to-do list, and surrounded by humansโฆ Maker, what had she gotten herself into? Being questioned by these humans was making her head hurt, knowing they would find her guilty despite being innocent, especially because she was a "knife-ear".
To her surprise, they release her. She finds out the glowing hand was actually useful, though it tingled almost uncomfortably. A flash of something that happens causes a change in Cassandra, and the Inquisition is formed via her orders. With help from the Mages, they were able to close the Breech and, in doing so, discovered the being behind the destruction of the temple.
Corypheus, a form of Darkspawn, claims to be of Ancient Tevinter, a priest no less and reveals his plans to ascend to Godhood.
Upon the destruction of Haven and the discovery of Skyhold, Elindra is named Inquisitor, Leader of the Inquisition, and her status as Herald of Andraste seriously takes flight. She blames her confession to Cassandra for her elevation to Leader. If she hadn't of admitted to her about believing in the Maker, and her Elvhen Gods, maybe they would have chosen someone else to lead. Anyone elseโฆ
Within months, her ability to lead and do so justly gained the Inquisition momentum, and as word spread of her Heroism, her forces grew. Her mind and ability to navigate the Nobility and their silly Game, earned her renown as a "Woman unable to be bested".
And this, my dear reader, is where I shall end my dear Lavellan's story.
For the rest is still waiting to be written...
While Nova has the whole "Inquisitor" written out, I am definitely not opposed to changing her story. This was basically a copy and paste with a few bits changed, as I had built her story while I had been searching for a "Solas". I would much rather use her as more of an OC with another OC and as an agent of the Inquisition rather than the leader of it.

The Lady Rayne Trevelyan... the name is from the game, although I do not mind changing it for other purposes. Regardless, were the events of DA:I not in play, it could be something before that time, the Lady Rayne had been noble-born, and with the rumours of the Blight and all that went with it on the lips of everyone in Fereldan, her father, Lord Trevellyan, with his ties to Orlais, sent his daughter away, in hopes to keep her safe from the Blight and its cursed Darkspawn.
What he did not know, however, was that she would also prove to be a useful asset in her Bard training. Having found a sponsor within the walls of the Winter Palace, Rayne, like Josephine, had danced and played whilst listening in on the loose tongues of the ruling class. "A pretty face and bouncing bosom work wonders at keeping others distracted," she used to joke to Josephine on several of their outings. But when it came time for serious play, her go-to was her twin blades, and she danced better than most of the people trained on the floor.
After years of practice, the Lady Rayne had proven herself to be more than an asset and her own goals sharpened to that of the House of Repose. She wished to be one of the famed assassins who held true to the words of others and followed through, no matter what transpired.
So, with that, I give you the Lady Rayne. Asset to the Orlaisian Empire, proud contract protector of the House of Repose and famed Bard with a heart of gold...
And this, my dear reader, is where I shall end my dear Trevelyan's story.
In the quiet corners of my dreams, I have seen youโ my counterpart, my muse, my heart's silent echo. I am the girl who dances in the shadows of forbidden love, with a heart that beats like a distant drum, waiting for you to cross the line between worlds.
I seek a partner in creativity, a fellow wanderer in the realm of passion and longing. Together, let us weave a tale of stars and fateโan artistry of words and hearts unchained, where love defies the borders of reason and burns with the fire of a thousand sunsets. Let us speak in verses, our every gesture a brushstroke upon the canvas of a world that would never understand the beauty of what we share.
If you, too, believe that writing is a great art, and are ready to lose yourself in a dance of imagination, then comeโfind me in the space where we become one, transcending time and place, bound only by the strength of our connection.
Let's craft a story that could never be written, one that is born only in the delicate space between two souls.
I have written so many request threads, and they never satisfy, but after all the work I put into this, I am hoping it lasts a little while...
โ I am a real-life female in her forties, as much as it pains me to admit it. Old enough to know what I want out of the rest of my days, yet I still long for the unachievable... Immortality.
โ I have been writing for well over the age of most members of this site, albeit in my adult life, it has been mostly academic-related.
โ I am open to both Forum Threads and Private Messages regarding the world we build within the walls of the interwebs.
โ I am a busy mom of an angsty teen, (please, send help!), so my time for myself is rather limited.
โ I am available for plotting, and casual conversation, although, it is not required... save for the plotting stuff, cos why else would one seek a partner? I understand that real life comes first and if I am taking care of the real-world business and unable to respond back, then why should I deny that for someone else? Basically, I am ghost-friendly, as I have been guilty of that myself in the past...
โ I am a literate and well-advanced writer with aeons of experience under the proverbial belt and though I do not expect another to be astute in how to use the ever complained about preposition or comma, a decent grasp of how Words work is amiable.
โ I write about 400+ depending on what the topic is about and I do use images and pretty things within the replies and whatnot to not only fill the void I lack verbally, but also because I enjoy adding a bit of "flare" to a post. Potential partners don't need to do so, as I know it can be rather daunting when trying to just get words on a page.
๐นญ ึษษำษจีผษข ๐นญ
What Is It That I Seek?
โ An individual who wishes to weave a fabulous tale.
โ An individual who grasps the concept of storytelling.
โ An individual who aims to aid the story moving forward.
โ An individual who enjoys and embraces the art of Word Weaving.
โ An individual who can express their wants, cravings, desires, or which path they wish the tale to turn.
I have seen and witnessed firsthand the amazing writers on this site and while I have had a few stories here, I wish for the one that could make the earth stand still. It's a long shot, I know since the majority of us here are only seeking something quick and in the moment to satiate the desires of that moment, but I crave something far deeper... I'll likely have to write that bit on my own, but it would be lovely to find one to craft that with...
I can be rather picky when it comes to writing the steamy bits and would prefer for there to be a teensy bit of chemistry with the characters.
I would prefer to keep things onsite rather than deviating to a different means of communication; i.e. email/discord/etc... If a friendship comes from the exchange, I do not mind extending communication outside of the site, but with past experience, it just gets... awkward.

VALERIA STARK โ The South can keep its games. Here in the North, we do not kneel. โ
Setting: Westeros โ Game of Thrones Allegiance: House Stark of Winterfell Role: The Iceborn Lady, Warrior of the North Age: 20
Born the youngest daughter of Lord Stark, Lady Valeria was never meant for courtly life. Raised among warriors and direwolves, she trained in secret with the Stark men, mastering the blade with the tenacity of a Northern wolf. When the War of the Five Kings shattered the realm, she took up her family's Valyrian steel sword, Frostfang, vowing to protect Winterfell at all costs.
Legends speak of her as "The Iceborn Lady," a woman who walks the frozen tundra alone, unafraid of the White Walkers or the biting winds of the North. Some claim she is part direwolf, others say she is a ghost of the Old Gods come to life. The truth? She is merely a Starkโcold, unyielding, and forever bound to her home.
JAIDYN BLACKTHORNE โ Men speak their truest words with ale on their breath and a warm body at their side. โ
Setting: Westeros โ Game of Thrones Allegiance: House Blackthorne (Minor noble house sworn to House Baratheon) Role: Tavern owner & informant Age: 24
Jaidyn Blackthorne was born into a minor noble family that fell into ruin after her father backed the wrong side in Robert's Rebellion. Stripped of lands and titles, her family was left with nothing but a crumbling inn on the outskirts of Storm's End. Instead of wallowing in misery, Sera took charge, turning the inn into The Stag's Rest, a thriving tavern known for its fine ale, lively atmosphere, and well-kept secrets.
Despite her station, she moves between worlds with easeโequally comfortable drinking with sellswords, seducing merchants, or exchanging whispers with highborn lords who visit her establishment. While many see her as a simple innkeeper, those who know better understand that she's a powerful informant, selling knowledge to the highest bidder and quietly playing her own game.
SERAPHINE โ He may own my body, but my soul remains my own... โ
Setting: Medieval Era Allegiance: House d'Valliรจre, a once-great noble house on the brink of ruin Age: 17-18 Born into the noble House d'Valliรจre, Sera was raised in a world of refinement and grace, taught that duty to family outweighed personal desires. But when her father's debts and failed alliances led their house to the brink of ruin, she was bartered away in marriage to Lord Regnault de Morcenne, a man thrice her age, known for his ruthless nature and iron-fisted rule.
She entered her new husband's cold stone keep with hope that she might soften him, that she might learn to endure. But reality was cruelโhe saw her as nothing more than a possession, a means to secure heirs and claim her family's lands outright. Every night is a test of endurance, every morning a silent battle for survival.
Yet Sera is no fool. She listens to the whispers of the court, watching, learning. She knows that even a caged bird can sing a song of rebellion.
ASTRID VALTYRSDOTTIR The Stormborn Shieldmaiden โSteel and honour shall carve my fate, not the words of men.โ
Age: 23 Origin: Born of noble Viking blood in the icy fjords of Nordfjell Appearance: Astrid possesses strikingly fierce eyes, framed by warrior's braids woven with beads of her ancestors. Her face is marked with ritual tattoos, each telling a story of battles fought and oaths sworn. Clad in furs and leather, her armour is both practical and regal, reflecting her noble lineage.
Background: Astrid is a storm given human formโunyielding, passionate, and fierce in battle. Though she carries the blood of Jarls, she rejects the comforts of court, choosing instead the path of the shieldmaiden. She is intelligent, fiercely loyal, and a natural leader, inspiring both admiration and fear among her people. She does not seek war, but she will wield her axe with righteous fury when her home and kin are threatened.
As the daughter of Jarl Valtyr the Stormbearer, Astrid was raised amidst both the brutality of Viking raids and the wisdom of noble diplomacy. She was trained from childhood to wield the axe and shield alongside her brothers, proving her worth time and time again. When her father fell in battle, her cowardly uncle sought to claim the title of Jarl, selling their lands to foreign kings in exchange for power. Astrid, unwilling to see her people enslaved, took up arms and rallied the warriors of Nordfjell, vowing to restore honor to her bloodline.
Now, she sails the frozen seas, seeking vengeance against those who betrayed her kin, carving her name into history with steel and fire.
Equipment:
Gungnir's Fang: A spear crafted by the finest blacksmiths of her hold, rumored to be blessed by Odin himself.
Ironclad Shield: Painted with her clan's sigil, reinforced to withstand heavy blows.
Wolf Cloak: Made from the pelt of a great white wolf she hunted on her first raid.
Seer's Amulet: A family heirloom tied to her mother's mystical lineage, said to grant protection in battle. Allies & Rivals:
Allies: The warriors of her father's clan, her blood brother Erik the Stormborn, and a seer named Freydis who interprets omens for the warband.
Rivals: Jarl Bjorn Iron-Fang, a power-hungry warlord seeking to conquer her lands.
โ Here rise to life again, dead poetry!
Let it, O holy Muses, for I am yours,
And here Calliope, strike a higher key,
Accompanying my song with that sweet air
which made the wretched Magpies feel a blow
that turned all hope of pardon to despair โ โโDante, "Purgatorio", Canto I, lines 7 to 12
Most know of the Muse, Calliope, or Kalliope as being the Muse of Epic Poetry. Her fame and beauty were said to rival that of Aphrodite herself. Hesiod and Ovid called her the "Chief of all Muses" and her story is a fantastical one. (If you haven't read it, you should. It's brilliant.)
What happens if a Muse loses her... Muse? A much needed vacation perhaps? Maybe one of the Greats finally got bored and decided to use her own powers for herself? Ya know, get a little more recognition for all of her efforts? Mayhaps she's been assigned to a mortal that has been Fated for greatness but the other Muse's were able to stoke his talent into rising to the surface so the mortal can achieve their destiny?
I am leaving this relatively open, but the idea of a Muse, especially one like Kalliope, taking a moment to either find herself, make a name for herself, or even find an epic love struck me as a potential Musing that should be explored. The details can be discussed and I may add the already 'predetermined/thunk'd out' scenario's at a later date.

Across Oceans of Time โซ โถ โซ โI have crossed oceans of time to find you...โ ~ Bram Stoker
In ages not yet come to pass,
Shall the soul return,
Of the Goddess...
Many deaths shall she face,
Returning to Clotho each time,
But in one lifetime shall she meet her Fate...
How their Love is rare and true,
She can be found in Oneiros
And only then will she find you...
Trapped in the Threads of Clotho, Persephone has been caught in the mortal webs cast out by the Fates who weave them. For centuries, Hades searched for his beloved, and every time he almost reclaimed her, she slipped through his fingers like the sands of the Sahara.
Now, as the mortal Kore St. Lawerence, Hades has devised a plan to find her, win her, and make her remember her true self. Who she was meant to be.
The question is... Will they be reunited, or will she choose a mortal life?
๐ฏ Whispers of Truth ๐ฏ
In the shadowed halls of House [Insert House Name], where power and politics are woven into every whispered conversation and subtle glance, she moves like a spectre. A Bene Gesserit sister, trained from childhood to control, to influence, and to shape the fates of noble families with a mere word, a slight gesture, a fleeting look. Her presence is both a blessing and a curse, and those who encounter her never quite know if they are being guidedโor manipulated.
Her mission here is clear, but the path is treacherous. Sent to this House to observe, to counsel, and to ensure the bloodlines remain pure, her role is one of quiet power and subtle manipulation. She is a Truthsayer, a master of reading every nuance, every hesitation, every flicker of emotion beneath the surface. She can see past the masks that others wear, and she can hear the unspoken desires that linger in the hearts of those she meets.
But there is one she cannot read. One whose thoughts elude her, whose presence stirs something within her she has long suppressed: him.
The heir of House [Insert House Name], a man of strength and consequence, whose every word is calculated, whose every move is part of a larger game. He is a player in the great political theatre, and she knows well how to observe and guide such figures. But this manโthere is something in his eyes, in the way he carries himselfโthat makes her question her own purpose. Something raw and untamed that she cannot control. Something that draws her closer, despite the risks.
She is a woman of control, a woman who has learned to bury her emotions beneath layers of duty and obligation. But he is a man who challenges her. The more she watches him, the more she finds herself drawn to him in ways she cannot explain. Her mind tells her to stay distant, to remain the observer, the manipulatorโbut her heart, which she thought long dead, begins to stir.
This is dangerous. She knows it. For both of them.
In the court of the Great Houses, there is no room for weakness. Affection, desireโthey are dangerous commodities, to be traded only with caution and purpose. To become too entangled with someone like him is to risk everything: the Sisterhood's plans, her carefully constructed identity, and perhaps even her very life.
But she cannot deny the pull between them, the electricity in the air whenever their paths cross, the way his eyes linger on her just a moment too long. He sees through herโperhaps even more than she is willing to admitโand she feels the truth of his gaze settle deep inside her.
In this game of power, will they remain enemies, bound by duty and the expectations of their stations? Or will they dare to step into a space beyond manipulation and control, where feelings are not tools to be wielded but forces to be reckoned with?
She does not know the answer. But the danger of this connection is part of the allure. And perhaps, for the first time, she is willing to risk it.

MC is a bright but reserved graduate student with a haunting past and a deep love for literature. She's idealistic, kind, and trying to make her own way in the world. YC is a highly respected but emotionally guarded professorโcharismatic yet intimidating, with a reputation for being cold and unapproachable. Beneath his scholarly demeanor, however, lies a past riddled with secrets, regrets, and a longing for something more.
When MC joins his seminar (or becomes his research assistant), a hidden connection between them begins to surfaceโone that neither can ignore. Despite the professional boundaries and their vastly different life experiences, the two find themselves drawn into an irresistible dance of desire, redemption, and forbidden love.
I seek a companion unafraid to step into the depths of sensual shadows, where darkness swirls like an endless waltz, and desires roam untethered, wild and uncontained. A man who is not merely a participant, but a co-conspirator in this forbidden danceโwhere every whispered word, every stolen touch, pulses with an electric hunger that cannot be tamed.
Let us lose ourselves in realms where rules crumble into nothingness, where stories are born in the spaces between breath and heartbeat, and we are free to sculpt them with our own hands. I long for a connection that thrives in the delicate tension between light and dark, where we can explore without fear, surrender without hesitation, and lose ourselves in the pure bliss of giving over to each other's desires.
If you are a man who knows how to weave the very fabric of desire into every touch, every glanceโwho feels the weight of silence as if it were a language of its ownโthen come closer. Let's create worlds where our imaginations are boundless, where our bodies are tethered only by the magnetic pull of shared passion. In this space, our darkest desires will burn like the brightest stars in a midnight sky, and the only boundary that exists is the one we dare to cross.
Come, let me show you the beauty that lies in the shadows. Let us lose ourselves in the dance of darkness together.
While I do have a main thread for more story-focused desires, this thread will house the less-than-wholesome ideas that infiltrate my mind. Not that they are extreme, on the contrary. There are still some things I do not understand, and I wish to explore a few of those things within the characters created from the production of this thread.
As with everything I post, nothing is chiselled into the marble, as of yet, and even if they were, we're using words, not stone.

Accidental Taboo
MC is a young woman who is convinced that her brother/father (your choice!) has been alone for too long, so she takes it upon herself to set him up in the dating world. After signing him up for an exclusive couples retreat, things go horribly wrong when a mix-up in paperwork lists her as his partner instead of his actual date.
Now, stuck on a romantic island where everything is designed for honeymooners and couples in love, we're forced to pretend to be in a relationshipโor risk getting kicked off. Cue awkward situations, romantic tension, and plenty of hilarious moments as we try to survive this overly romantic getaway while convincing everyone we're totally in love.
Breaking Pointe
MC is a young, talented ballerina who has just secured a coveted spot in an elite ballet companyโa once-in-a-lifetime opportunity she's worked tirelessly for. The stage is set for her success, but behind the scenes, things are far more complicated.
Enter YCโeither the company's charismatic choreographer or an intense, renowned photographer who has the power to shape her career. He sees something special in herโsomething beyond just talentโand he wants her, in every sense of the word. At first, it's all about the art: long, grueling rehearsals, late-night creative sessions, intimate photo shoots. But soon, the professional lines start to blur. Maybe he pushes too hard, or maybe she's drawn to the power he hold.
She wants to succeed. You hold the keys to her future. But is this chemistry real, or just another dance where she's not the one leading?
Backstory:
Born into a family of artists, Ana had been training in ballet since she was five. Her mother was a prima ballerina, and her father a composer, making the arts her destiny. From a young age, she has been molded into the perfect dancerโgraceful, disciplined, and utterly devoted to her craft.
Ana is poised and elegant, yet burdened by the expectations placed upon her. She is soft-spoken, introspective, and deeply passionate about ballet, but beneath her calm exterior lies a quiet desperation for control over her own life. She has always done what was expected of her, but as she grows older, she begins to question if she is dancing for herself or merely fulfilling the dreams of others.
After being offered an opportunity to work with a world-renowned choreographer, Ana is told this is the next step in securing her future as a principal dancer. Her instructors and family encourage her to take the opportunityโit's supposed to be the right move. But upon entering this world, she quickly realizes that the choreographer (or a photographer working with the company) is not who they seem. They manipulate their power, taking advantage of the young dancers' ambitions and vulnerabilities.
Finding herself trapped in a world of silent corruptionโwhere saying "nNo" could mean losing everything she's worked for, but complying would mean losing herself. She begins to feel suffocated by the gilded cage she's been placed in, questioning whether she can escape without destroying the career she has built.
Veil of Obsession
On stage, she is untouchableโconfident, alluring, and in complete control. Every night, she commands the room with a single glance, weaving fantasies under flashing lights and velvet curtains. She's used to the attention, the hungry gazes, the whispered promises from men who think they know her.
But someone is watching too closely.
At first, it was harmlessโsmall gifts left backstage, notes filled with admiration. Flattering, even. But then came the feeling of being followed, the sense that someone was always just out of sight. The notes grew more personal. The gifts more intimate. What once felt like adoration now feels like possession.
Who is he? A devoted fan pushed too far? A man from her past? Or someone much closer than she ever realized?
The Price of Silence
She never planned for this. She never thought she'd find herself trapped in someone else's control, bound by a secret she couldn't afford to let slip. Maybe it was a moment of weaknessโfalling behind on rent and agreeing to a "different" kind of payment plan with my landlord. Or maybe it was a single mistake, one reckless night that should've been forgottenโฆ but he didn't forget. And now, he owns her.
Every time she think she's free, he tightens the leash. Every time she try to pull away, he reminds her exactly what's at stake. And worst of all? A part of her hates him, fears himโฆ but another part? It thrills at the danger. At the way he looks at her. At the power he holds, even as she tells herself she despises it.
How far will she go to keep her secret? How much of herself is she willing to give?
Power shifts, mind games, and moral dilemmas are all welcome. Is there a way out of this twisted arrangement? Or will she end up losing herself completely?
The Last Hope (not Star Wars, don't get too excited)
The world is dying. Decades of pollution, war, and biological collapse have rendered most of the population infertile. Only a rare few women still possess the ability to conceive, and they are the most valuable assets of the new regimeโassigned to the most powerful men in society, their sole purpose is to bear the next generation.
Kaitlyn "Katie" Morrison is one of these women.
She was taken, tested, and chosen for a man who holds immense political and military power. He is meant to own her. To use her. But instead of the cold, detached arrangement she expected, something unexpected happenedโdesire. Obsession. Maybe even love.
Is he a cruel man softened by her presence? A reluctant participant in this broken system? Or is he exactly the kind of ruthless leader who takes what he wantsโbut finds himself unable to let her go?
This is a story of power, passion, and the thin line between control and devotion. Will they break the system together, or be consumed by it?
The last 'romance' bit was added to asage mine own conscious. This could be a story without any sort of romantic touches, (though, that is my preference). The matter is open for discussion should an individual be interested in such a game...
Bound & Broken
The world belongs to women now. The old ways are gone, and menโonce rulers, warriors, and leadersโare now property. Some are bought for labour, others for pleasure, but in the end, they are all the same: owned.
She never wanted a man. Unlike most, she didn't see them as disposable, as mere tools to be used and discarded. But refusing to participate in the system raises suspicion, and she can't maintain her home alone. So, she did what was expected. She purchased one.
He is strong, intelligent, and defiant in a way that most men have long since forgotten. He expects me to use him like the others doโto demand more than just his strength for labor. But she had no intention of forcing him into her bed. She needs his help, nothing more.
At least, that's what she tells herself.
Because the longer he stays, the harder it becomes to ignore the tension. The way he looks at herโnot with submission, but with something dangerously close to challenge. Is she truly the master here, or has she just invited her own undoing into her home?
I am open with this one as it could be that she is the Dominant in the tale, or we could have it that she is merely the Dom on paper. I am more of a 'switch' these days and am a fan of power dynamics, so either is up for discussion should one accept the challenge.
