"I just don't like him Rebekah," he said to his sister through her bedroom door. Kevin sat cross legged outside his sisters room, once more telling her how much he didn't trust this new cat she was dating. The guy was a scumbag, a player, and of course not good enough for his sister. Despite the fact they where born on the same day, neither knowing who came out first, he always thought her to be his little sister.

He ran a hand through his dark black hair as he tried to convince her to dump this prick she seemed to think was Mr. Perfect, even though Kev knew his reputation for being a womanizer and a complete dick. However this guy was good at hiding it, it was enough to make the male panther want to dry heave in dusgust.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Rebekah sighed as she got ready for the dance, running her hair brush through her hair a couple times before pulling it up into a simple but cute updo, holding it there with a silver hair comb that had butterflies on it. It was a cheap little trinket from her father but she loved it and always wore it when she did her hair nicely. She was sitting on the edge of her bed across from her dresser where she had her mirror set up so she could do her hair. Once her hair was up, she stood up. Rebekah was wearing just a thong at the moment and a pair of silver heels to match the streaks in her hair.

"I know you don't Kev." she called to him while shaking her head. "You keep telling me that. But I've yet to see any proof. He's nice to me. Nate is sweet and kind." As she spoke, she slipped into her dress. It was a knee length purple and pink halter dress that sparkled with her movements. Moving over to the door of her room, she opened it and looked down at him where he sat on the floor and she stood there, her long tail flicking back and forth.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Nate was some sports jock jerk off. Popular and all that, but Kevin knew the truth, of course that slippery bastard put on a good show. "Well I reserve the right to say I told you so," he said to her. He had to get ready as well, of course he simply had to change cloths and fix his hair. Kevin was slightly jealous of his sister for having a legitimate date, even if he was a scum bag. He was going to the dance with his friend Sasha, she was a rather attractive looking snow leopard, had nice curves and everything as well as a nice personality. Of course she wasn't in the same league as his sister, which was probably why Nate hadn't tried to sink his hooks into her yet. He got up to go and change into his suite, it wasn't very fancy it had in fact been there fathers. The darker blue color contrasted his ebony fur nicely enough, he was particularily fond of purple.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Rebekah glared at him when he said he had the right to say 'I told you so' and she gritted her teeth before turning and returning into her bedroom. "I never do that to you Kevin." she said to him as she moved back over to her dresser and opened her jewelry box, deciding to leave the bedroom door open so they could talk. While she loved her twin to death, it just drove her mad that he always had something to say about every guy she dated. It was like every guy had some kind of flaw that made her brother dislike them. Reaching into her jewelry box, she pulled out a necklace that Kevin had bought her and put it on. It was just a silver chain with their birthstone in the shape of a heart on it. Grabbing her purse, Rebekah turned and headed downstairs to wait for Nate who was supposed to be picking her up.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Kevin had that older brother complex, his parents where trusting and loving parents and pretty much allowed there children to whom or whatever so long as it wasn't bad. Nate was bad, but he was the kind of guy who could woo parents and had done just that. Kevin took it upon himself to watch his sister since his parents seemed to not do so all the time. Of course he would never actually say "I told you so," even if he was right, he was just upset that she didn't see her boyfriend for the little weasel he was. All he could do was hope she figured it out and. Did the right thing. He made sure his breath didn't smell bad before he went to check on her on e more.

As always she looked stunning, even if he was her brother he could openly admit his sister was beautiful, even sexy though he dared not say so out loud. He noticed the necklace, of course she knew just how to handle him and get him right in the heart. "You look great," he told her, though secretly thinking it was wasted on Nate.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Rebekah stood near the window, looking out for Nate's car. When her brother spoke, she turned and looked at him with slightly narrowed eyes before smiling at him and her ears twitched slightly. "Thanks Kevin." she told him, her fingers going to the small heart that rested on her chest and she played with it for a moment before releasing it. "You look good as well Kevin. You really do. The suit looks good."

Smiling at him, she reached out and placed a hand on his arm before turning when she heard a car pull up outfront and she looked out. "Looks like Nathans here." she told him. Leaning in, she kissed him on the cheek and stepped back from him. "I guess I'll see you at the dance then." Turning, Rebekah moved over to the front door as the sound of the doorbell filled the house and she opened the door, smiling at the muscular cheetah that stood before her with a corsage in his hand. "Hello Nathan." she said to him with a small smile, holding up her hand with a gentle giggle as he slipped it onto her wrist. It was a small corsage with white and pink roses as well as a light purple ribbon. Turning once more, she glanced at her brother before leaving when her boyfriend tugged on her hand lightly.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Kevin tried to appear like this didn't phase him as he watched Nathan go of with his sister, in truth he wanted to threaten him, even if the other male could easily take him out. Kevin wasn't scrawny by any means, but he wasn't an athlete, at least not at school, the sports or activities he did where all for fun not for competitive reasons. He wanted to say "Have fun," but the words sort of got stuck in his throat. He was waiting for Sasha to get dropped off, her parents had actually aid for their ride, which made him feel rather crappy all the same, but he guessed it was fine.

The door bell rang, and his friend stood in the doorway. "Wow...you lok beautiful," he said, the snow leapard was wearing a red low backed dress, the color made her seem all the more attractive. "Oh wait I have something for you," he said, going to get the corsage he'd gotten her. It was a little strange, but he thought it was nice, even if this was just a friends dance for the two. After he slipped the rose arrangement on her wrist she smiled and they left, he locked the door behind him.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Rebekah turned to her brother, wanting to hear him tell her to a least have a good time or something. When he didn't say anything, she turned and left the house quickly, slamming the door shut behind her. A moment later, the sound of Nathan's car could be heard as they pulled away and left for the dance. She was looking forward to the evening with Nathan. When they reached the dance, they entered and she looked around excitedly at all the decorations, her eyes glittering brightly as she laughed softly.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

The car ride to the dance was, well a bit uneventful. "What wrong sour puss?" Sasha asked him, she seemed a little dissapointed that he wasn't giving her much attention, but after all he'd been like this since they where young, completely oblivious to her advances. He apologized, but told her the story, it didn't take long, but soon they where at the dance. "Don't worry too much...Bekah isn't stupid you know," she said.

She was right of course, between the two his sister was smarter when it came down to it. He tried his best to push it out of his mind and enjoy the dance.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

The first thing that Bekah and Nathan did at the dance was find their seats which was with a small group of their friends where she placed her purse and shawl onto a seat before being swept out onto the dance floor by Nathan. As she danced with him, her sexy, curvy body rubbed against his while they touched each other. However, as she danced, Bekah spotted her brother and Sasha when they arrived and she felt a tinge of jealousy but she brushed it aside as she was spun around, causing her to laugh happily. They danced for a while before she was finally led back to her seat. Leaning down after Nathan sat, she kissed him on the cheek. "I'll be right back." she said to him. "I'm going to use the ladies room." With a smile, she turned and headed off to the bathroom.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Sasha took Kevs hand, leading him straight to the dance floor. He never danced very often, but it seemed Sasha did as she had no fears of getting up and close to the young panther as well. It was a strange feeling, his heart beat faster as they danced close together, he did his best to keep up with his high spirited dance partner. For a breif moment he thought he heard his sister laugh, looking around to find her before once more the snow leopard came close to him. "Having fun?" she asked him, winking softly. He nodded "Um...yeah," he said, trying to shake the feeling off. When the song ended he suggested getting a seat and something to drink. He left Sasha at a table with a few friends fromschool, as soon as he left to get punch he heard her laughing. He smiled, she was always like that, very bubbly, and out spoken, he always had a small thing for her, but it never went further then being friends, and playing doctor when they where little.

"Alright babe," Nate said to Rebekah as she got up. He watched her walk off, paying close attention to her tail swaying, as well as her hips. "Man she is something else man," a smaller bobcat said to him. He grinned, liking the attention he got from having her so close. "Yeah....and best part is she's so easy to please," he snapped his fingers as if to say "peice of cake". "Her bro is a pain in the ass though," he growled gently, Kevin seemed to see right through the boys charade, it was annoying to be found out, even when he tried to convince her sibling other whys. "Want us to so something about it?" a tiger asked him.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Rebekah was in the bathroom just long enough to check on her hair and use the bathroom before she headed back out into the main room where the dance was being held and she walked back towards her table where the guys were sitting. As she approached none of them noticed since she seemed to blend in with the shadows and her breed were known for their stealth. However, as she got closer, she could hear them and she shook her head before stepping out of the shadows just behind Nate and she glared down at him in disbelief. "I.. I can't believe you!" she cried out.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Nate seemed entirely oblivious to anything going on around him at that moment. He began to brag about how he was going to get Rebekah to be his little play thing until he got bored. "Yeah maybe you guys can rough the little bastard up and I can come and save the day.....she'll be all over me then haha!" he said loudly, enough as the 'boys' started laughing. He however flinched as he heard her speak in his mind he was quickly thinking of a way to turn this around, make him still look like a good guy. "H..hey babe....it's not what it sounds like," he said, that was the only pitiful thing he could even say at the moment.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Rebekah stood there and as Nate bragged about how he was going to get her to be his plaything and she gritted her teeth. "Not... Not what it sounds like!?" she yelled at him. "I think it's exactly what it sounds like! My brother was right about you. You are a womanizing bastard!" Tears began filling her eyes as she looked down at him, shaking her head. "And I trusted you." Moving over to the table, she snatched up her things before slapping Nathan and running away from them, forcing her way through the crowd towards the door to the room and running out. After leaving the building, she stumbled on the steps out side before attempting to hail a cab while tears ran down her cheeks.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Kevin was just about to get up and dance with Sasha once more before he had a strange sort of feeling run through him. At that moment Rebekah became upset, and slapped Nathan. He grew worried about her. "Sasha I gotta go find my sis, sorry tonight was fun though," he said kissing her on the cheek before leaving to find his sister. He scrambled through the crowd, finding Nathan rubbing his cheek. He didn't give the other male much of a chance as he decided to punch him in the same cheek. "Where is my sister you fucktard!" he demanded, his adrenaline was pumping giving him the edge over the bewildered male. Howevever he noticed the group of people staring at the doorway, and he only guessed she'd left. He punched Nate one more time before running out seeing her cab drive away. He would need to wait for the bus or another cab, fat chance that was so he waited for the bus to take him home.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

After hailing a cab, Bekah told the driver her address before leaning back in the seat was he drove. It was a twenty minute drive but she spent it sobbing so she didn't notice. As the man pulled up in front of her house, she started to get money out but the man took pity on the young feline and told her it was on the house. After a soft thanks, she climbed out of the car and hurried up to the door where she unlocked it and entered, throwing down her purse as she ran upstairs to her bedroom and closed the door behind her. Moving over to her bed, Bekah threw herself down onto it and just let go, sobbing harder as she laid there.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Kavin looked around at the other passangers on the bus, not many where out tonight it seemed. He sighed as he felt a small form of guilt, like it was slightly his fault it had happened, he just felt like he was to blame even if he wasn't. He even feltguilty for being right, he wouldn't mention that though at all. The drive gave him alot to think about, mostly on how he would try to make his sister feel better when he got home. The bus stopped a block from his house so he had to walk the rest of the way. He went inside the house, seeing her purse just thrown down, he guessed she was upstairs already. He locked the front door behind him and made his way upstairs, he could hear her sobbing as he reached the top of the stairs. He walked down the hall to her room and gently knocked on the door. "Bek can I come in," he said, calling her by the name he used to say when he was very little, and somewhat naive.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Rebekah was curled up on her bed when she heard the front door open and close and she knew her brother was home. She wiped at her cheeks and sobbed again before hearing him knocking on the door. The female had heard him on the steps and walking down the hall. When he asked if he could come in, she became silent before answering. "Yeah." she said though her voice was a little muffled by the pillow she was hugging. As she laid there, her long smooth legs were exposed to him from her dress riding up a little. After he entered, she turned her head slightly to look up at him. "Did you come to say 'I told you so'?" she asked bitterly.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Kevin came in, closing the door behind him. He looked at her, she was pretty even when sad, but it made him feel worse. "No...I came to say sorry," he said to her. He waited a few moments before speaking next. "I'm sorry he did that to you," he continued, looking down at the floor. "I'm sorry I was right....I wish I hadn't been."

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Rebekah looked up at him as he entered and she sniffled as he spoke. She wiped her eyes again and watched him for a bit before looking away. "I should of listened to you Kevin." she said with a hickup. "He really is a slimeball. I-I over heard him talking about making me into a-a play thing for his amusement until he got bored. And then he talked about his friends roughing you up just so he could... save you from them." Sniffling, she sat up and looked up at him. "Am I really that gullible Kevin?" she asked suddenly. "Am I really that easy to be tricked?"

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Kevin listened to her, maybe alittle gullible, he remembered the pranks they did on one another, but no it was gullibility, it was just because she gave everyone the benefit of the doubt, she was a trusting and caring person. "No...your not gullible...you just have a big heart and give everyone the benefit of the doubt," he said. "You just have a caring heart, but somepeople find ways to try to manipulate it....thats there flaw," he said a little surprised at how he was sounding.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Rebekah sat up and swung her legs over the edge of the bed before looking up at him with sad eyes, some of her bangs falling in her eyes. "So... I'm too trusting." she said softly, reaching up and pulling the comb out of her hair, letting it fall down around her shoulders in waves after shaking it out. "Don't deny it... because it's true. I am too trusting of people. I want to see the good in the world around me so much... I just want to block out all the bad and forget about it."

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

For a moment he caught his breath seeing her swing her slender legs over the bed, half expecting her to walk up to him angry and upset. "No...thats not it...well yes your trusting but thats not a bad thing," he told her. "I mean if you didn't trust anyone then you'd be all alone...it just so happens the one guy you trusted turned out to be someone not worth it," he said to her. "But you are...and what he did was....there isn't a word to describe how bad it was so I'll just say it was unforgivable, but at least you managed to see that," he said. He knew this was probably making it worse, he wasn't good at this, she was good at making him feel better. He moved over to sit beside her. "Your a very good person and should be happy you are," he said with a small smile.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

"But it wasn't just him! Did you forget about Michael? Leo? Dan?" she asked him. "And every single guy I've dated thus far? You say I should be happy, but why should I be happy when my trusting nature just gets me hurt every single time?! All they wanted to date me for was sex and you always tried to warn me about them. It's as if that's all guys care about. What's so great about sex anyways?" She looked up at him, her green eyes flashing with anger and hurt. "All I want is someone to care for me as a woman but so far it seems I'm never going to find someone that will." Turning from him, she moved over to her dresser where she began removing her jewelry and put it away, her fingers lingering on her necklace for a little while before that too was put into the jewelry box.

RE: Panther Siblings (D.E 666 and Kakure)

Kevin knew she was hurt, countless times, and it never helped when he tried to 'help' before. If anything he probably made things worse. He hadn't had as many girlsfriends as she had boyfriends, and the one he did have ended up cheating on him anyways. Unlike her though he did not continue to trust, he ended up walling himself away from some people that he deemed to be "untrustworthy" and doing so had got him plenty of friends that where truely good friends. He got up, walking over behind her and hugged her softly, it might have been a little inappropriate but it was all he could think to do. "I care about you Bekah," he said to her. "Your a good person, and someone someday will see that, and you'll meet that perfect someone," he said to her. He slowly found himself getting a little warm as he felt his sister against him, but his mind was to clouded to really concentrate on just that.
