Hello to all who stop by. Thank you for checking out my little interest dump! Allow me to detail all the important bits you need to know about me, firstly.

• I work full time and regard roleplaying as a hobby. That said, I do aim to reply at least once every two days. During times when I'm not as busy, you may see multiple responses per day, but that's not something I can always guarantee. I will let you know ahead of time if I'm planning on being away for more than two days, though.

With the long, boring part out of the way, let's talk about the fun stuff! As the title suggests, I have some literary cravings I've been itching to see actualized. As a note: I am open to the idea panning out beyond the initial scene detailed as well, or discussing something similar to move onto afterward!

Professor/Student

YC has found himself in a depressive slump. With the weight of a divorce, the stress of work and life, and now facing his 40s having to essentially start over, he's just barely pulling through. MC has taken notice of this in his lectures. Where he's usually pristine, he's been disheveled. Unorganized. Forgetful and unfocused. Though she doesn't know why, and she hardly knows the man at all, MC can't help but let it concern her.

One night, the two cross each other's paths in a bar. It's a strange coincidence— it isn't some college hotspot or a place they've ever seen one another before. Yet, YC needs to get away from the city for a night, and MC happens to live just down the block. A few drinks embolden her to strike up a conversation— which leads to more drinks and the discovery of an interest between the two. Eventually, MC might offer to continue the conversation back at her apartment, with the suggestion of helping him forget about his problems if but only for a little while.
