Caelum had been set to live alone for some time now. An anomaly, neither a beast, nor a human. He was something in-between. Called an Inu, a dog, because of his ears and tail, the being, and his matted hair made it's way through the country side. A place where homes were separated by fields, and were he could attempt to hunt, in peace.
However, even then, the cruel, merciless wind, and the clouds the hid the starry sky from few, poured icey water upon the Inu's head, as he slowly dragged his feet behind himself, not even caring enough to hide under a tree. As his eyes gazed about, he spotted a house nearby. And well, oddly, it was lit, despite the time of light... even in the door was a woman. A leopardess, holding out her own paw to him, causing Caelum's heart to skip a beat, a woman that would care less of his racial status? Could it be? The Inu moved more rapidly, before pausing before the Leopardess, gazing up at her, with his single good eye. The other having been scarred to uselessness, whilst he was a child. A victim of his own father.
