I am taking a break from pursuing fantasy smut and going for something specific, namely 40k porn. The premise is this: a Sister of Battle known for sexual proclivities is recruited by an Inquisitor and becomes one of his acolytes. The Inquisitor uses her for his own amusement as well as for actual acolyte duties, even if the missions she takes part of tend to skew towards... erotical, whether by accident or design.
The story would be a series of vignettes. One time your Sister is serving her Inquisitor master in his bedroom, another time she and the rest of the retinue do his dirty job on some Emperor-forsaken planet, then a deal goes bad and she gets banged by a group of gangers, another time she catches an eye of an acolyte ogryn who tries to profess love to her, only to then help her Inquisitor break in an Eldar captive, et cetera, et cetera.
This, as you may have noticed, would be a smut-centered story. Really, I can't call it a story, porn is a better term. There would be some character building (perhaps in your character leaning more and more towards her sexuality) a little bit of mystery (does the Inquisitor only want her for her body? Or does he have a grander design in mind? Can he be trusted?), sometimes some action (those xenos and heretics won't kill themselves), but majority of our writing would be of erotic nature. If I were to put a number to the story to smut ratio, I'd say it's 20/80, maybe even 10/90.
