A curse, a noble, and a sorceress. The continent was always home to squables, skeems and the conniving.
In this long-term fantasy plot, I'd play the head to a moderately sized, yet humble noble house. The family bloodline has been cursed some decades ago. The result was that the eldest member of the bloodline would die every five years. Our noble family head is on his forth year, with a little less than nine months left to live. Upon his thirtieth birthday, he would die, and as the last remaining member of the house, the family would die with him.
Despite this, Theodore is a rather charismatic, if not occasional stubborn man. He has a reputation for having a naively big heart when it comes to those around him, both those in his stead, and new faces he meets alike.
Not letting his search for an end to the curse interfere with his responsibilities to those in his charge, he seeks out those fluent in magic. This is where your character comes in, a 'witch', as she is called. A derivative term, for as our noble will point out, technically, one naturally versed and gifted in magic is a sorceress, she seems to own the title of witch.
This is intended to be a longterm, fantasy, adventure, romance, maybe a tidbit slice of life. It's what we make it, all with a lingering drama of the ticking clock.
I am looking for somebody interested in this role, open to a bit of world building, but also willing to let me guide the overarching plot. Unique character development, as beyond what I explained, and the curse itself, this character is entirely your own. Own it.
As for writing length, it varies but an average of between 3 to 5 paragraphs is good. More is always encouraged, I have my burst of 1k post on occasion but most are in the aforementioned range.
