Winter was both a season of beauty and of biting chill up in the mountains; the peaks were covered with snow pure and white, and the landscape itself was like one big, white, glistening blanket. No doubt somewhere else, kids were enjoying their snow holidays, having snowball fights and making angels in the soft, cold snow. But the weather around the cabin woods was not as pleasant. It had snowed, all right, but with it had come a severe blizzard, a blizzard that had caught the Blackwood family unawares.

Richard sat in the corner of the room near the fireplace, letting the warmth stimulate his skin. He was a young man, well built from a life of activity and sports. He wasn't TOO built, however; he never did like the thought of having massive muscular growth. His hair was a shoulder length blond, and he had dark green eyes. Overall, he was fairly handsome and quite popular. His sister was in the other room, doing her own thing to keep her attention. Their parents had gone out to get supplies when the blizzard hit, leaving them separated.

Thankfully, the situation wasn't bad. They had enough food and drink to last them for quite some time; what the parents had gone to buy was a surplus. Their facilities were working fine, as well. The only issue was the boredom and the lack of privacy; the cabin was a small place with nothing to do. Richard had been entertaining a certain thought for a while, but he hadn't spoken about it or shown obvious signs of what he was planning yet. It had been eating away at him, however, and he wasn't sure he could restrain himself much longer....

Katherine sat int eh bedroom, flipping through an old scrapbook she had found. Her dark red hair fell over her shoulders in ling, natural waves, and she was forced to push it back every now and them to keep it out of the way. A light green sweater hugged her curves, keeping her warm in the slightly chilly room, and she wore jeans.

Growing bored with the old pictures, she eventually set it aside, treading quietly back out of the bedroom. Her thick socks made her feet nearly silent as she passed into the kitchen, rummaging through the cabinets and pulling out a tall mug. She poured a little milk in a tea kettle and set it to heat as she poured a packet of hot chocolate into the bottom of the mug. She liked her chocolate rich, so she never used water.

Katherine looked up through the little cut out int eh kitchen at her brother, lit by the firelight, and she sighed. It was so boring around here, trapped in the cabin, that she was having a hard time handling herself. She didn't know what to do, and her and her brother had never really had much in common. He was fit, attractive, outgoing, she was slender, though well shaped, and slightly bookish. Too shy to get to know anyone on her own, she had never had a lot of friends, and she and her brother certainly didn't have a lot of similar interests.

Do you want some hot chocolate?" Her soft voice floated through the cabin as she leaned on the counter, wishing she was as close to the fire as he was.

Richard's attention wandered away from his book as he heard Katherine's soft voice from the kitchen. She had always been so quiet, so reclusive. He, on the other hand, was quite out going and popular. He could always been seen with a group of friends, laughing and talking about one thing or another. As such, being trapped in a cabin with his sister had been an awkward affair, because they had almost nothing in common.

"Sure...I'd like that. Why don't you join me by the fire where it's warm?"

Richard's eyes strayed briefly over Katherine's body. Even with the green sweater, he could see her curves and figure just fine. He gulped to himself, holding back his strained desires. The thoughts were far too tempting. They were all alone. No one would stop him....

Katherine nodded and pulled down another cup, prepping it just in time for the kettle to whistle. She poured the milk in and padded into the main room, handing her brother his mug. Wrapping her hands around the mug she held, she folded herself up on the floor, curling on top of the ornamental carpet before the fire. She used a pillow to prop up her arm, and stared at the fire.

"I hope that we aren't stuck here too long. I've already made it through all of my books."

She let the fire warm her as she watched it, sipping her hot chocolate. The snow outside was pretty, even in such copious amounts, but it was too much to do anything with. Just walking outside was risking hypothermia, not to mention getting lost . . . if they could get the door open . . . and unbury the car that had been left to them. Both necessities were quite unlikely to be achievable for at least a couple of days.

Richard gratefully accepted the the mug, blowing steam off the top. The smell sent warmth through his body, and he was careful not to scald himself while drinking the chocolate. He chuckled slightly at her remark.

"You sure? You have a whole library!"

The snow was indeed deep; they were lucky the cabin was well insulated. Richard could only hope that the storm would last longer; he had no idea how much willpower Kathy had, and he'd need the extra time.

"So, how's school?"

Katherine shrugged. It was obvious that the warmth was getting to her, and her eyelids were dropping slowly.

"It's the same as usual."

For her that meant that she still had a very small group of friends, that her grades were still exceptionally high, and that she was bored. She loved school, but she was always half a step ahead, and sometimes that got old.

"How are your classes going? Are yous till playing football?"

Richard smiled to himself as he noticed his sister drifting off where she sat. Perfect. He knew she was a deep sleeper, and if he was careful, he would be able to tie her up easily.

"Yeah, I still play football. And classes are going well; I get Bs and As, I don't like to take on more then I can handle."

Richard was actually a very smart guy. He seemed so perfect at times; large group of friends, star athelete, and good student. How would everyone react if they knew he lusted for his sister in the darkest of ways?

Katherine smiled and nodded as she listened to him, laying back some, adjusting the pillow beneath her head instead of her arm. She yawned, setting her empty cup down. The fire felt fantastic, warm and cozy. She was warm enough, even that she tugged her sweater off. Beneath it she had a long sleeved shirt that was a little long in the hands. She curled up in a little ball.

"That's good," she said, half asleep. "Do you have a girlfriend?" It was kind of a silly question, as far as she remembered he always had a girlfriend . . or at least a girl. Generally a whole posse of girls who were just madly crushing on him.

"A girlfriend? No, just a lot of girls who want to be. I have a special someone in mind though.

Richard couldn't actually admit that the girl he wanted was sitting right next to him, curled up on the couch like a cat by the fire. And he didn't want her in the conventional way either. His sick and warped mind wanted to see her bare before him, tied and twisted, crying and begging. He swallowed nervously as he felt an erection growing in his pants. Thankfully, Kathy seemed to be dozing off so fast that she may not notice.

Kathy was asleep almost before he finished speaking, her arms wrapped around a pillow, her head on the headrest as she slept quietly. It was easy to sleep when you didn't know someone was plotting against you.

Her long hair rested around her shoulders and her chest, her legs curled up to her butt. She looked innocent and helpless when she slept like that.
