Upgrading Cell Phones

I've had my phone for over four years and it still works great.
I do think I should upgrade soon but the flagships are so expensive these days and I hate dipping into my savings by that much.
What type of phone do y'all have and for how long?

I use stuff until they no longer work/are a pain in the butt to work with. I changed my Redmi for another phone once the battery barely held charge, even while off. It lasted 3 and a half years, more or less.

Still using my android phone after all these years. Probably should upgrade, I know I'm due for one. Next year, I guess?

Nokia 235 4G as my main phone. T9 and sturdy. Had it for more than a year and still going strong
