I've personally found that the most effective method for me to scale the mountain of procrastination, is to do it incrementally, saving my progress at checkpoints along the way, so to speak.

At the time of writing, this initial barebones "starter" (is that the right word?) is intended to be my proverbial basecamp. It will be incrementally edited as I familiarize myself with the BB Codes of this site, and hopefully give me an excuse to at least get the ball moving on finally posting my own request thread(s).

Something something seize opportunity rather than waiting for it to come to me.
