NSFW AI Art Generators

There is a LOT to be said about AI art. I find it especially amusing that one of the very first applications we put this revolutionary technology to is the creation of pornography. And it provides a fun tool for us as writers and players of the erotic. As much as I would love to pay artists for commissions of my characters and those of my players, I simply lack the means. I could, in theory, learn to create digital art myself, but again, I’m limited, both in terms of talent and the time to learn.

My questions to you, my fellow players, are twofold.

Firstly, I’m looking for resources! Fun, free, and quality NSFW AI art generators. If you have any recommendations or reviews I would LOVE to hear them.

For example, I GM/Narrate several games and have been using Sexy.AI to create artwork for my players of their characters. It’s been a lot of fun but features keep being locked behind paywalls and I recently lost access to a lot of the material I’d generated previously, which makes it a bit inconvenient.

What’s more, my quality and features vary wildly. It’s very hard to consistently generate the same character with this particular tool.

What, if anything, are you using or recommend?

Secondly, how does AI being used to create erotic artwork make you feel? I for one like how it allows me to specifically generate my/my players character(s) as opposed to using a face claim—be that drawn from art or real life. That’s just always felt awkward to me for a variety of reasons and this feels more…I don’t want to say ethical, but less invasive? Less absconding with a known character or individual’s likeness for pornographic purposes.

Anyway…what are your thoughts? Does AI erotic art make you more or less comfortable?

I can't really speak on any public generators, but having played around with AI/ML a bit, I've always found consistency to be an issue. The only way I've ever been able to get it to stay on track (using one my buddy trained, not publicly accessible unfortunately), has been to feed it an image and specify that the character in it should be the subject of the resulting generated image. If you can find one that allows you to do that, it may work there as well.

As for the latter question - I think *most* AI generated character art tends to be very unappealing. With how good some of these models are at generating paintings and the like, I feel like it must be an issue of how people are training the models, rather than their actual capabilities. That being said, I like using it instead of face claims. I've always been someone who prefers just describing characters over text, but if my partner is a stickler for pictures, I will tend to just input that description. Similar to you, I've found real face claims to often be voyeuristic (and not in a good way!), and always left me feeling a bit dirty.
