Issue Patreon Difficulties

So I had been subscribed for a little while, and there were no issues. But my paycard holder recently switched from Visa to Mastercard and had a re-issue of everyone's paycards. Obviously, I had to go through and resubmit all my online payments and subscriptions, etc. Everywhere else is fine. However, my Patreon will not accept my new card. It keeps telling me to try again later. So I've tried again later. I thought maybe the whole account got buggy, so i went and even unsubscribed and tried to resubscribe. It still has my old card info on there, but when I go through the hoops of adding a new payment, it simply wont take it. I've double checked the information, triple checked it, quadruple checked it. Everything is correct. And other places I've had to change it are fine and accepted the new card without any issue.

I've never used patreon for anything else. Bluemoon is my one and only Patreon usage. So I dont know if this is a common problem on there or what. But at this point, I dont know how to remedy the situation.

yeah, i sent them a notice. 1 to 2 business days response time is expected. So, i guess im waiting at this point
