Shapeshifters have been living among humans for a long time but only two decades ago have they 'come out' about it. Since then, they have become powerful.
MC is a wolf shifter, one of the strongest in his clan. Despite his strength, he has no desire to take on the leadership role and enjoys a carefree life. His pheromones are so potent that no one dares challenge him or try to push him into leadership, allowing him to live unbothered by clan politics. The only downside, many want to use him and some want him to disappear as he is a 'threat'.
One evening, while strolling through a neglected alley in the city, MC comes across an injured dog. The small creature, weak and trembling, is lying alone with a broken leg. MC decides to take the animal home and calls a veterinarian. After the veterinarian treats the unconscious puppy, he confirms that it's just an ordinary dog. There are no signs of being a shapeshifter, as the animal's pheromones are practically non-existent. Meaning, the puppy is no threat to him...
Over the next few days, the wolf takes care of the puppy, feeds him, baths him, talks to him, buys him toys, snacks and more. Even if the little creature bites and growls, MC doesn't get mad and smiles instead. Slowly the puppy starts to open up as well.
Until one night, MC is sleeping in bed while nestling with the puppy he suddenly wakes up as there is an unexpected shift in the air. His eyes open and MC is shocked. The puppy is gone and instead, a handsome young man is laying naked in his arms...
Side Note: Their relationship will be adorable and fluffy (pun intended!). I normally play darker characters and yes, MC will have some dark trauma/past but he will adore and spoil YC. The only 'horrible' thing he might do to YC is being overwhelmed by MC's obsession of wanting to keep YC safe and loved. That said, it doesn't mean bad things will not happen. I love some darker plot twists nonetheless!
Kinks: NO animal sex and no animal genitals. Ears, tails, fangs and claws are more than welcome!
