A little about me first. I'm 33, in EST, and looking for someone who can post fairly frequently--at least once a day with opportunity to volley posts when the mood strikes us both. I'm typically WFH in the tech sphere so have pretty wide availability during the day. I'm looking for other writers who are adaptable, good communicators, and looking to flesh out a story.

As for pairings, I am really looking for queer shit. I will do het romance very selectively for a VERY strong plot hook, but strongly prefer to play the male character--I have a few female muses but the vast majority of the characters I write are male-presenting. I do not write with men specifically looking for female-presenting authors. I am not up for instant romance in a can and prefer to write queer romance where it is going to occur. I'm super up for writing big/varied casts with you and letting NPCs steal the show! I am equally as OK with just focusing on one main pairing for the plot.

At the moment I'm looking for something a little more small-focus. Something with plenty of angst and character drama, and I'd die for a setting where the characters have a history that we're building in conjunction with one another. I'm a big fan of the 'yes, and' format of storytelling and while I will do some initial planning I'm really looking to watch the story unfold as we're writing it. I am not really looking for high fantasy right now--a story in a fantasy setting mostly focusing on character dynamics is fine, though, and I love some good worldbuilding.

My characters tend to be complicated, dramatic, and layered. If you are looking for someone to write a limp piece of cardboard I am not for you, and I don't enjoy writing about characters that can be described this way either. If your character's personality can be boiled down to their position in a D/s dynamic, we probably are incompatible. I will admit that smut is not my main focus but I am fine writing it as part of the plot if and when the plot calls for it. If you are looking to write a bunch of strung-together sex scenes/ERP I am most likely not for you.

I am absolutely up for throwing in some magic/mystery or doing something more urban fantasy oriented but would love for something involving a small town and two characters that grew up together.

If you'd like some more details they're located in my gdoc:
