These are the general stories of my characters as I write them solo but they are flexible. I'd say the thematic and kink elements of them are more important than specifics of their backstories.
Eldrin
Pronouns: He/him
Species/setting: Elf. General fantasy setting.
Age: 21
Body: Slender and androgynous build. 5'8" Blonde hair, green eyes, pale skin. AFAB/trans male.
Background: Eldrin grew up as the heir to a baron. As a minor noble he had a peaceful upbringing without the heavy expectations given to higher noble children. However, there is still an expectation of arranged marriage that Eldrin bucks against. He is a skilled musician, favoring the viola and harp. He is innocent and naive, sheltered from the realities of the world. He can often be harsh or ignorant due to his naivete, even if his intentions are good.

Species/setting: Tiefling. Faerun.
Age: 37
Body: Stout/chubby build. 5'6". Black hair, grey/purple skin, black eyes, many scars. AFAB/trans male. I tend to write him pre-op in terms of bottom surgery but I do sometimes write him post-op.
Background: Eris comes from a long line of druids and lived in a small community. They were a post along a trade route that saw some travel but not much due to the increasing danger of the forest in recent years. Eris lost his town in the grab for power to obtain a warlock pact. His early life was spent working for traders and mercenaries. Now he is attempting to break his pact with the archfey and have his family returned to him. Brusque and to the point in his speech.
Rowan
Pronouns: He/him
Species/setting: Vampire. Historical, 1920
Age: Physically 18. Actual age 95
Body: Short/curvy build. Black hair, pale skin, large black eyes. AFAB/trans male.
Background: Rowan lived in a very religious upbringing, born in 1825. He struggled with his desires that went against his faith, primarily in terms of gender and lust. He was forcibly turned by his sire at 18. Rowan was kept by his master for around 40 years, he lost track of precise dates. Eventually he killed his master and became a true vampire, taking over his coven and fortune. Rowan isolated himself after this, focusing on piety in an attempt to reconcile what happened to him.
