「The Outworlders」Small Group RP

I've been mostly roleplaying 1x1 on this site but am curious to see what it is like to do a small group roleplay. The idea I have is that we would all be playing people who have been isekai'd to a fantasy world, either all together or separately, and have decided to for a party and adventure together. Instead of one person GMing the entire roleplay, I figured we could each take turns creating little adventures for our characters to go on. I am open to roleplaying in threads, or conversations, but would like for us to all be part of a group convo for planning and communicating.

Here is the character I had in mind for myself:

Name | Allison "Allie" Williams
Age | 19 years old
Gender | Female
Sexuality | Bisexual
Class | Fighter
Body Type | Athletic & Full Figured
Background | Allie enjoyed popularity and success in high school but did not want to immediately go to college and took a year off to save money. That year turned into two and she was beginning to feel down on herself until one morning she found herself waking up in a world that was not quite her own. Perhaps this is some place she could live up to the potential that everyone always seemed to see in her.
 
I like this idea. Are there going to be other races in the setting like dwarves and elves? If so I may just want to bring in my Pathfinder 2e character in.

I don't see why not c: Those will definitely be represented in the world, if not our characters specifically. Becoming an outworlder could involve a potential change in race, or YC could just be from another world where those races exist, either as a replacement for humanity on those worlds or in coexistence with other races.

I think this RP will probably benefit from having four to five people in it, so if you are interested please do not hesitate to make your interest known xP
 
For the classes, since I saw you listed one in Allison's bio, are we taking to D&D for inspiration?

I was thinking it could be more job based, like a Final Fantasy, where she could go from a Fighter to a Paladin or something else as the roleplay progresses. Same with everyone else c:

If we'd rather go the D&D route though, I would not be against it. Just depends on what everyone else wants c:

I'll be honest and going by job trees sounds better in my eye. :)
 
I'd be interested in this. I can make a character idea when more lucid.

Gender | Hermaphrodite (Female appearing and presenting, male genitalia)

Class | Black Mage
Body Type | Petite, yet toned and chiseled.
Background | Lucy was a track star and straight A student in grade school, who enjoyed popularity until it was discovered in her freshman year of high school that she had non-standard anatomy. This lead to bullying which reached a point that lead to her losing vision in her right eye and being pulled out of school by her concerned parents. Having to homeschool their daughter lead to strife in the couple, and eventually Lucy was sent to live with her grandmother. This is where she spent her teens and young adult years, helping on the farm, and perusing the old fantasy novels of her defunct grandfather. This lifestyle went on until one day she left the house to go read a book in the top floor of the barn, and found herself somewhere dramatically different from her grandmother's farmlands; a place both unique and strangely reminiscent all at once. What's more; the old fantasy novel's cover and pages had changed entirely to reveal themselves a spell book. She took this in stride; as perhaps—she dared hope—this world would accept her more than her previous.

Interesting idea! I'd be all on board though I tend to worry about keeping up so I'd probably lean towards a pass, but still felt the need to say I like the general idea. Simple but effective!

Thanks! Working hard to resist... even though I'm darn tempted to throw in a cute shy and softspoken healer/acolyte/priestess character. Just with a nice dash of a dark backstory...

AHEM I mean yeah anyways fighting the urge despite the temptation. Stopping myself from plotting up a character even if I have one pieced together already in my head.

I have no objection if we have Red, Saiya, and even more people so long as we all get along and what have you. :)
 
Red can take the spot, I was very wishy washy anyways. If you did want to bump it up to 6 then I would join. Think that's fair enough!

Class | White Mage
Body Type | Curvy Shortstack
Background | Jenn grew up the third of three kids, to a paramedic mother and a doctor father. She worked hard through high school, interning at the hospital her parents had met at, and went to med school. She did decently, but the stress was hard on her. And it only got worse whenever she had to deal with someone who didn't pull through, fully. Even just a badly-set broken bone stressed her even more.
Then, one night as she dreamed of being able to make everyone feel better, she woke up in a new world.
 
Unfortunately you are gonna need a ref for this one. This isn't a 1x1 and everyone else has one xP Like the chatacter otherwise though I do believe you are gonna have to fight Saiya for the right to play the healer, unless we want two healers xP
