The dilapidated warehouse stood at the edge of an industrial district, hidden beneath the cover of darkness. It had once been a hub of industry, but now, broken windows and rusted steel beams bore witness to years of neglect. Rain poured down in a relentless curtain, a constant drumbeat against the building's decaying exterior. Inside, water dripped rhythmically from a leaky roof.

The warehouse was a mess of forgotten dreams and industrial machinery. The perfect place for a secret meeting. Cara's reputation preceded her, and those who sought purpose, adventure, and redemption knew this was where they'd find her. And even through the roar of the storm outside, one could listen to the pretty loud moans coming from somewhere.

It was none other than Caralina "Cara" Elise’s voice, who was apparently bent over the meeting table, and with just a small headlight hanging over them, the man behind her was hardly recognisable. But it was pretty obvious for anyone coming through the entrance of what was actually going on. “How long, Tech?” Caralina turned a bit and then looked at the man behind her, and with a small exchange of smirks, they continued for a moment. The creaking sounds of the rusted table filled the room. As she was bathed in a muted pool of dim light, her auburn hair cascading over a tactical vest. Her eyes, that unmistakable shade of green, scanned the shadowy corners.

Moments later, from the darkness emerged a motley crew of potential recruits. Former special forces soldiers, renegade hackers, skilled assassins – all with their unique backgrounds and troubled histories. They assembled before her, battle-hardened and weary, yet eager for a new beginning. Each having their unique styles and talents, and that explained their rather unique attires. Seeing that, the man behind Caralina soon finished up, hurriedly dumping his load into Caralina’s rear, before stepping back to pick up his jeans and fix himself for the upcoming meeting.

With a nod, Cara stepped into the light, her presence commanding attention. "Welcome, all, pardon me for the inappropriate display, gentlemen, but you should expect, things generally work like that around here…" she began, her voice low and steady, carrying the weight of the battles she'd fought.

Soon, she saw her two partners, Harold and Lacey walk upto the table from behind, "I've called you here because I believe in second chances. This is a mission that will test us all, but together, we can bring down the darkness that plagues this world. You're not just soldiers; you're the keys to redemption."

The recruits exchanged glances, silently acknowledging the gravity of the task ahead. The rain outside intensified, a storm brewing both inside and out.

"The name's Cara," she continued, her eyes locking onto each of them in turn. As they slowly introduced themselves one after the other. “So, what’s the job? And I hope we're getting paid well, right?” One of the guys from the group spoke up. To which Caralina smiled. Pulling out a small blueprint of the plan and the mission goal that she was given by one of her sources.

“12 Plutonium Spheres, that’s what we are going after. Apparently some nuclear scientists decided to sell these for millions of dollars. The seller and the buyer will be meeting soon at this spot, right here.” She points to a spot in the small map she had beside the main blueprint. “Ofcourse, nothing out of the ordinary, a fortified, isolated building, with an army protecting the targets. Nothing we haven’t done in the past, right?”

She smirked and then started to explain the ins-and-outs of the building, and waited on the others to come up with their ideas. Lacey was looking carefully at the plans as she saw no problem in Caralina’s execution, things were flawless on paper, but again, when in the field, nothing ever goes as planned. Then she looked at Samay, the new guy, the supposedly nuclear scientist on her team, and with a raised eyebrow, she asked. “Hey, new guy, heard you were the expert at this, some kind of genius or something…?”

She sighs, taking a soft break before continuing, “As far as my information goes, by the time we reach the location, these spheres would be weaponized and be remotely handled by a detonator. Think of it as a safety measure, if those spheres ever get stolen from them. So, the team’s job is to secure the building, and hold off the reinforcements till you manage to de-weaponize these spheres, or better yet, neutralize the plutonium core inside. So, how much time would that take?” She says, and then slowly leans over the table, her low tank top making her cleavage shine from the sweat under the small hanging lamp, her bust could be easily seen by them. And she didn’t have a problem with that at all.

Hey there, if you’ve had the patience to read till here, I really appreciate it, I know I went a little overboard with things, but hey, a good story does require proper setups. That’s non-negotiable. So, if you’ve read this so far, you can already guess what this story is about. But let me summarize it.

The story follows the enigmatic leader Caralina "Cara" Elise, her close friend and master hacker Harold "Tech" Thompson, and the mysterious former intelligence operative Lacey Anderson. Together, they form an unorthodox yet highly effective team of mercenaries. Cara, known for her impeccable combat skills and tactical brilliance, leads the group on a mission to dismantle powerful criminal organizations and bring justice to the defenseless. Accompanied by Tech's digital expertise and Lacey's talents in espionage, infiltration, and close-quarters combat, they embark on a high-stakes adventure. But again, all work and no play makes a group dull, so we will be adding out naughty bits to the story, so if you see someone making out in the middle of a warfare, don’t be too surprised, I mean they’re stuck, what better way to wait for reinforcements and de-stress themselves.

So, I’ll be blunt, if you decide to respond to this, please be literate and detailed, and put in the adequate amount of effort to phrase your response, I wouldn’t accept any responses which don't really show the efforts that I deserve. I don’t think it needs to be told, but I do require an experienced GM for this. I shall put my share of GM-ing too if and when required. So, please, GM/DMs preferred. Put at least two character bio in your response, it’ll be helpful for the sake of the plot as well as the overall response. It shows that you’ve put in some effort.
