Hello all!
While I'm not one to share my name with the online community, you are more than welcome to call me Temptress or RN! Neither is my name although I am a registered nurse which makes the RN somewhat appropriate. Temptress is something new I'm toying with a little bit to see if I can make it fit. I'm also known as Athena RN in some circles, although if you do know me from another online circle, please know that I prefer to keep this little nook of my life separate from the others. Your respect towards that preference would be most appreciated. I am a woman. I tend to have more interest in my male characters and the way I tend to play them, though, which is why this thread is coming before any female request thread.
Now, onto writing! As a writer, I appreciate detail, description, elegance and storytelling. I like to build worlds with my partners although I am not big on planning too far ahead with world-building. I like finding partners who I can trust and who trust me so that we can each add little details to the world we are building together as we write the story that the narrative focuses on. I like small magics that aren't grandiose and world-changing, but that instead serve to add a little bit of beauty to the world we are creating. I like writing sex scenes that serve to reinforce a strong emotional connection between the characters and that develop dynamics between the two main characters.
On the dirty details in particular, I do get very explicit. And I like including the dirty details quite often as well. That's not to say that there isn't a story woven through it all; there is ALWAYS a story at the core of anything I am writing and I love gradually planning where that story will go with my partners. I have a very heavy breeding kink that shows in my writing. Risk of pregnancy and actual pregnancy are things I LOVE writing. I don't like writing slow-burn stories where it takes 10 pages to get to the good stuff. In fact, my stories tend to be very much the opposite. Usually, the characters meet and there's instant attraction that results in some… pleasantries. Then, after they've coupled, they need to figure out how they can make the rest of their lives work given the consequences of their coupling. They need to understand the balance between their extreme attraction with the fact that their lives may not necessarily be the most compatible as they are. Oftentimes, there are external forces as well that don't want them to be together. It's the story of a relationship blooming out of that instant lust, and of that relationship enduring the harshest of trials to come out that much more beautiful in the end of it all.
So… what don't I like? Slow-burn. Slice of life. Older women with younger men (although I imagine you could propose something to me that wouldn't repulse me too much if it was really really good otherwise). Disproportionate bodies on males or females (big boobs are fine as long as it's realistic). Male pregnancy. Anal sex (I'll write it, but it will definitely be less explicit and will come later in the story. It won't be in the immediate down and dirty scenes). I'm also not big into futuristic worlds although you can sell me on them with some effort.
While I don't like to admit it, writing with me can come with some downsides. I'm a jealous partner. If I see you replying very regularly to another partner while I am waiting on a reply from you for days, I am going to poke you about it and I'm going to be upset. One or two replies to one story before you get to me is ok, but when it becomes more regular that I am waiting while others very obviously are not being made to wait, I am not a pleasant person. I know it sucks, but I'm being honest and upfront about it. I am also not the fastest replier. I try to get posts out once per week when my depression is under control, but that doesn't always happen. If I get a reply that really excites me, sometimes I'll reply within a day. I'm not going to lie, though, when I say some of my partners wait up to a month for replies. I think most would agree that it's worth it, though.
I'll write both males and females. I create multiple characters in my stories although my stories always feature one main character pairing. I'm more than open to writing female x female pairings (although I tend to get very smutty with these very quickly for better or worse). I'm willing to try male x male pairings although I have minimal experience with them (and obviously in this type of pairing I'd be more open to anal sex).
Below I have some plot bites for potential partners to review. Currently, I'm very much craving more omegaverse in my life.
An Omega Princess and Her Alpha in Armor
She is an omega princess. Raised in a loving family as its only heir, she's always known that she would one day be promised to an alpha who would come rule her kingdom by her side when her parents abdicated the throne to enjoy their lives together. It's part of being a princess. However, she cannot deny that she enjoys the company of her alpha knight and protector a bit more than she should. When he admits to her that he feels the same, everything changes. While neither wishes for her to lose her right to rule, they cannot be together unless her father accepts it. And how can he when a very powerful neighboring kingdom is demanding her hand?[/spoiler]
A Wild Alpha and His Precious Omega
She was raised in a prim and proper world where she didn't pay much attention to her inner animal. She isolated during her heats, determined to find a mate for love rather than out of need to sate her instincts. However, life didn't agree with her plans. She had to run. And in running, found herself face to face with HIM. He is an alpha who was raised almost entirely in isolation from civilized society. He relies on the instincts of his inner animal to survive and thrive. When she lands at his feet, he's quick to take… everything. And in the heat of the moment, she allows it because it's more satisfying than she could've ever imagined. In the aftermath, though, they find that they could not be more different. Yet they are mated. And her world greatly needs her to return to it to prevent an untimely disaster. Can she convince her new alpha to allow it, to help her, to save her world? Especially when it's so distinct from his own?
From a Slave to a Lover to a Savior
A small city of humanity discovered a tribe of shifters. Such a unique discovery, of course, couldn't be left alone. Humans had to meddle. They captured them, caged them like animals, experimented on them, and then turned them into entertainment for the masses. Now it's a spectacle that draws in audiences worldwide. Character A is a fighter. They grew up in a fighting pit of shifters, trained to battle much like gladiators. Character B owns some of the fighters, sees to their needs, but has never gotten too close out of fear of their "savagery." However, when Character A gets injured just after he acquires her in a trade deal, he finds himself tending to her injuries and the chemistry is undeniable. How much hope is there in a relationship akin to slavery, though? And running simply isn't an option. Character A won't leave without freeing the rest of their people as well
Taming the Lone Wolf
He's been a lone wolf for longer than he can recall. Quite honestly, it's driven him more than a little insane; wolves need packs, after all. The companionship is crucial for their social growth, they seek those to protect, leaders to follow, and a routine to make their own. At least, that's how his kind works. In search of what he's missing, he's a wanderer. She is the daughter of the pack's prime alpha, an omega destined to mate with the alpha her father has chosen to be his successor. However, when the lone wolf stumbles upon her pack and goes on a rampage induced by a strong urge to rut when he encounters a pack after so long alone, it's her who is able to calm him down. Her omega instincts guide her to soothe his inner beast. Now the pack has much bigger problems on its hands because the heir seeks vengeance for the mate he was supposed to have as his own. Will the pack survive? Will their new and fragile bond?
Hormones, Pregnancy and Major Mistakes
She wasn't supposed to be taken during her heat. She'd just meant to hide out like she always did, not having found an alpha she wanted to ask to see her through it. However, an unintended encounter made that impossible. After all, the future pack alpha is not known for his restraint and when he scented her impending estrus, he made it his mission to take it by force. Some would say it wasn't his fault. She shouldn't have been out and about so close to her heat. Others would say she should be honored to be claimed by such a virile alpha. However, that honor is sorely diminished when her heat concludes without a claim and he senses her pregnancy. She is thrown out of the pack to fend for herself because he knows without a mate bond and without the closeness of an alpha, the pregnancy will likely be lost. After all, his heir is meant to be born to a more meaningful omega, one with standing. Another alpha finds her, and his own instincts will not allow him to leave her alone. She's driven to seek comfort, but is it a match made to be, or is it her pregnancy seeking to survive? What will happen when the alpha who stole her heat learns her pregnancy may yet thrive?
Omega Made:
Character A is an alpha brute with little to his name beyond his reputation as one of the wildest and most expendable resources the government has at their disposal. Anything remotely questionable gets sent his way and he handles it how he pleases. Sometimes there are results, and when there aren’t any results, the government never felt like it was losing much in the first place. After all, alphas are becoming less common now that omegas are basically extinct. Only one or two have come into the designation in the past ten years that anyone is aware of, and any who are hiding are doing very well at the task. Alphas have more or less suppressed their true nature in order to continue functioning in society without their better halves. However, Character A is sent to investigate a strange lab where suppressants have been disappearing; though they aren’t hard to make, it’s an important drug to controlling the alphas who have lost their drives in life. When he breaks in, no one is more shocked than he is at what he finds. Seven young omegas - the eldest maybe 20, and the youngest too young. No one knows where they came from, and the one researcher they capture is tighter lipped than most. The truth, though, is that someone found a way to create omegas by altering beta DNA. What will the world come to with this revelation? That’s aside from the point, though. Character B is the eldest of the omegas who were created by the lab. She’s spent her whole life mothering the younger ones as it has been in her nature even before she was truly omega. When she enters her first true heat, set off by the presence of Character A, and he refuses to let anyone else have her, their lives intertwine at the heart of a battle of dynamics. Can an omega truly be made? And is it right? What happens when that choice is never really a choice?
Deliverer:
Character A is an omega. Her family is well-off and she grew up understanding her value as an omega. When both her parents died, and she found herself in the sole care of her elder brother, she had no reason to fear, because he knew well how to finalize the arrangements. An alpha across the desert sought an omega mate. He'd even come to visit once. Apparently, taking a mate would grant him more power than his brothers, resulting in him being named the sole heir to the land. Because that's what omegas are - tools for power. Their fertility strengthens lines, and they're trophies in and of themselves at times. It's something character A has grown up understanding and preparing for. However, her brother cannot be her escort, so he has his best friend assigned to the task. His brooding, not quite as clean, alpha best friend… who's always secretly had eyes for Character A. That best friend is Character B. He is her deliverer. However, when their journey is halted by a desert storm the likes of which no one could've expected, and they're trapped on their own, will he need to become more? And what will the world make of a man who steals a mate meant for another, even when it was in her best interests? For sand isn't the only thing in the deserts. The most feral alphas are sent there to die… only they haven't died. They've thrived. (A best friend's little sister with some twists... xD)
Additionally, if you have plots you'd like to share, I am open to hearing them. Please note that I am very particular about being able to squeeze some smut scenes in very close to the beginning of the story and will likely be averse to plots that make that too difficult to do.
Thanks for reading and I hope to hear from some of you soon!
