Hello, everyone! Thank you for visiting my request thread! ^ ^
I'm feeling particularly lazy, so I'm just mostly going to be copy/pasting this from my 1x1 search from Gaia. >.< Hope you don't mind, and sorry for not making it all fancy or anything like that.
So, real quick, here are my "rules" and then we can move on to the good stuff!
As far as literacy is concerned, I write a minimum of two (usually) beefy paragraphs. I am more than capable of writing more than that, but I don't like to be forced to do so. I had a role play where I was required to write ten, and while it was fun, I ended up with a headache every time we played.
I like people who spell their words correctly, or at least try, and know how to properly punctuate their sentences. Reading too disorganized of sentences makes my eyes bleed, and if I find this to be the case I may stop role playing with you. A typo every now and again doesn't bother me though, and if you don't know what a ; is used for, don't worry about it.
Finally, my character is mine and yours is yours. I understand the occasional need to move a body for small things, but do not hit my character and make them fall to the ground when they were standing perfectly erect and expecting the blow, know what I'm saying? I'm sure we're all above this, just putting it out there.
I try to avoid Mary/Gary Sues/Stus, but if you feel I'm playing one please tell me. I will try to beef them up. There's only one way to learn, and that's with practice! So, help me? ^ ^

Gore doesn't bother me, though I have a hard time describing it myself. But if you want to bloody things up, by all means have at it. Cussing isn't my favorite thing in the whole world, but I understand that's sometimes a character trait. I would hate for you to compromise something about your character because I may or may not appreciate it. But if we are talking in OOC, please try to avoid it. A cuss word here and there is fine, but if you're dropping the F-bomb every other word, I'll drop you as a role player.
I'll do any pairing, MxF, FxF or MxM. I'm the worst at MxM, but it doesn't bother me to play it. So, if you ask nicely I'll consider. I am a girl in real life, however, so playing males is a challenge. A challenge I will meet for you, but if it's not successful you have been warned. And feel free to tell me so. I'll apologize, but it's no big deal.
As far as where we'd be role playing, PM's or thread is fine with me. I have no preference. Also, if you'd like to do this over e-mail that's fine with me too. I will not role play over instant messenger, though I do have AIM. However, if you would like to instant message me to plan the role play, I have no problem with that whatsoever.
I also recently got AIM for my phone. So, if you were to add me, and say we're in the middle of a role play that you'd really like me to respond to, you could IM me and then I'd be able to sign on, or tell you why I need to be away from my computer, and when I will be able to sign back on. See how flexible I am? ^ ^
Just putting this out there, I'd love to do a group role play. >.<
Finally, as a general rule, please just be nice. I hate role playing with people who are mean to me. OOC, of course. Be as mean to me as you want in character. I love it! >.<
When it comes to telling me you're dropping the role play before you do so, it's not a requirement of mine. It is nice, but you don't have to as I can no longer guarantee that I will be doing the same. I will absolutely try, of course, but there are times when I randomly get depressed and stop role playing for months at a time. I will be trying to keep a journal updated as to my status since that is available, but I've never had such a thing available to me, so I don't know how well it will work. Just wanted to give you a fair warning.
