Issue Signature links

I cannot for the life of me get links to work in my signature. I know this has been asked before, but I don't seem to be one of the lucky ones for whom it starts working after a few attempts.

This is the code I'm using to put three links in, but as soon as I click save it just turns into regular text.

Any help would be appreciated.

Signature links are now a part of flood protection, though I really ought to make a bypass for local links.

Basically it will work for you in a couple days assuming you don't delete all of your posts.
