Line through User's name?

Hello, what does it mean when a line has been put through a user's name and they can't receive or have disabled PM's? Have they been banned?

Or is it just something they've done themselves?

They have indeed been banned, but not all bans are b/c the user did something bad or against the rules. In some cases, though not overly frequent, a user will ask to be banned for personal reasons. Others may be Jailbait (this will be indicated, however, in their 'title') while still others may have been placed into the Omega Wolf Group (these members' names will appear bright pink and they are restricted to posting solely in the PvP sub-forum). The most common is that they broke a rule in some way, shape or form and may either be a permanent or temporary ban depending. But that aside, I just want to make sure that people do realize that not all bans are 'created equal'. There are many reasons, none of which are taken lightly.

I suggest that if you are wanting to inquire about a specific user who suddenly appears 'banned', you look up them up on the Members List and see if they are Jailbait or something else. If you see nothing and are still wishing to inquire, contact an Admin.

They only get "JAILBAIT" in their status if they haven't already selected a custom title.

Oh? I'll make a note to start clearing out custom titles when I set a Jailbait.
