Eric nodded his head and then he turned and drove to the club. when they arrived she would get to see the full damage the fire had caused and he hoped she could see the potential

Ravette was just looking for a moment in time before she was letting out a whistle when she saw all of the damage that had been done.

Eric nodded his head "yea the outside doesn't look bad but inside its a total redo"

 

[GuardianAngel]

Ravette was just nodding her head before she was speaking, "I would just take the whole thing down."

 

[LunarWolf]

"that is the plan while the structure is stable there is no way to know if the fire did any damage that we can't see, I am also buying the building next door and expanding"

 

[GuardianAngel]

Ravette was just nodding before she was speaking, "Oh that is going to be exciting. I cannot wait to see how it is going to turn out."

Eric nodded and then walked her over to where the designs had been drawn up so she could see how they were going to lay everything out

Ravette was wandering over to look at the plans before she was tapping on a couple of things, and making her own few suggestions.

Eric nodded and made note of he suggestions and while when the plans were altered and he liked how it looked

Ravette was just commenting, "Figured it would open up space a bit more for customers."

Eric nodded "its a good suggestion and it works well"

 

[GuardianAngel]

Ravette was just giving a smile before she was hiding a small yawn behind her arm.

Eric looked at her and then spoke "lets get you back to the house so that you can rest"
