Another day dawned upon the coliseum and another slew of terrible creatures and villainous beings was set to fight and defile the poor, unfortunate souls that were captured and released upon the arena for the crowd's amusement. Not every battle was a wonderful showing, sometimes the heroines managed to actually win and avoid getting fucked in front of the crowd and sometimes the actual 'action' was too repetitious as to be boring for the debased tastes of the viewers. Nevertheless business was good and matches could be tossed out again and again, covering up any poor showings with sheer quantity and variety. Today was just one such example of variety that wasn't often performed; a match with not one but two heroines at the same time.
Phoh'uth gripped the microphone within his wet, wriggling tentacles and cleared his throat to announce the upcoming match to the crowd. He hoped this would be entertaining for the fans but wasn't wholly convinced. In any case, his job wasn't to call the shots but rather to keep the crowd happy and excited and thus he wouldn't allow any doubts to surface in the public eye. "We have a special treat for you all today my most lovely degenerates. A two for one special!" A beam of light deposited Irena 'Icicle' Venetia into the arena for the third time now, having lost her previous two battles, and Phoh'uth reminded the crowd of these past failures as he explained to anyone that wasn't already aware just exactly who this woman was. When he was finished however he did not change focus to her enemy but rather her ally.
A second beam of light touched down a few fight near to Irena and, when it faded, revealed a short, red-haired woman with an athletic build topped off with cat ears and a matching tail. "Kaitlin 'Kat' O'Brian! You might know her from her previous matches. This spitfire has plenty of energy and prefers to let her fists, and feet, do the talking! She's won a few matches now but will this be the one to break her streak? Well, for that I need to introduce their opponent."
One final beam of light touched down opposite the two women and brought a somewhat tall, slender woman in flowing black robes adorned with silver bits of metal to give the impression of armor along with matching jewelry to complete the look. Her skin was pale with dark, black eyebrows and lips while her long hair was a pure and unnatural white. While there was nothing apparently wrong with the woman's look, her body seemed healthy enough aside from the pale nature, there was something esoteric and off about her that just stuck in the mind. Like her grasp upon life was hanging by a single thread, like she was in a space between the living and the dead. "Welcome Sieghilde Von Blücher back to the coliseum! This lovely conjurer of the dark arts may not look like much of a ravager but she doesn't need to be! She has... people for that, heh."
As if on cue Sieghilde gathered dark magic within her hands and waved them around in some sort of incantation. After a moment or two she lifted both hands into the air as if she was flipping a table and two black, skeletal arms burst forth from the dark soil before clawing their way to the surface entirely. These skeletons were teeming with darkness, so much so that an aura of malignant evil emanated from them to steal the light and cast their surroundings in blue-black shadow. While they looked to be wearing armor and tattered rags, a close inspection would easily reveal these to be so decayed as to not provide any protection at all. However the dark metal shields they both lifted in their left hands were very much functional by comparison.
With all competitors on the field and ready the gong sounded to begin the match as the two undead shuffled closer to the two heroines. "I don't know why they keep asking me to come back here. I'm far too busy managing my army to dally in such frivolous affairs and yet their offers of compensation remain too generous to deny. So be it." She stepped closer and clasped her hands together, causing a wave of darkness to roll down her robes and out across the ground; tendrils licking at the soil. If the skeletons themselves held an evil aura then this woman's was suffocating by comparison and yet possessed of entirely different characteristics. As the skeletons approached the heroines would feel a weight upon them, pressing down as if to quash any use of magical power. From Sieghilde herself though, well, Irena would be able to guess the intent as the warmth of corruption ignited within her cursemarks, threatening to activate all of them at once. As if sensing that Kat was unaffected, the necromancer turned towards her with a wicked grin. "Haven't been touched by darkness yet? I can fix that." Before she launched an orb of shadow towards the catgirl.
