Welcome to my current craving thread

My current craving is a romantic roleplay in a college dorm setting.
The idea begins before the start of the school year when our characters are moving into their assigned dorms. To their surprise, MC a male, is assigned to be dorm mates with YC, a female. The unprecedented partnering was a result of a clerical error and over-housing, so our characters are stuck as dorm mates for at least the semester.
Some things that I think would be fun to include in this roleplay are…
-MC being interested in dating YC, but YC initially wanting nothing to do with him. Perhaps MC being younger than YC is part of that.
-Taking on the roles of our characters' friends and neighbors to add depth to the roleplay. We don't need to have them take on roles as large as our two main characters.
-Our characters having their beds in the same room.
-Our characters eventually starting an OnlyFans to make money.
-Getting caught while being intimate.
-Staying over at family during the holidays.
-Spring break vacation scenes.
And finally, a kink I've been wanting to try, but understand that it's not everyone's cup of tea. So this is by no means a requirement. I'd be interested in MC having two cocks, one above the other. Both are entirely functional and he's had them since birth, similar to how some people are born with an extra toe or finger. MC will have a bit of backstory behind it, to make it more organic, but I'm thinking of him being a virgin due to the inherent embarrassment of having two cocks.
Odds and ends
-I write over PMs and sometimes Discord. I don't roleplay over threads.
-Post when you can, but it's hard to keep interested in a RP if posts take over a week. Exception for longer-post style roleplays.
-Push the plot forward with me. I believe in equal responsibility and never play as a GM or DM. I don't expect you to be a GM or DM either.
-Don't take on more roleplays than you can handle. I don't over-extend myself because I want to give my partners a good deal of focus and energy.
-I match the post lengths of my partner. You want 10 paragraphs or 2 paragraphs? Yes please to both.
-I always enjoy OOC chat.
