My usual post length is 2-4 paragraphs, 300-500 words, third person (present or past tense) but I also match my partner's post length! I only roleplay via forums or PMs, no offsite stuff. Speaking of smut, I don't really do "plot/smut" ratios, they are, once again, fluid to me. If it's a long-term story there can be long breaks between smut and plot, but in general, I prefer to have the initial smut happen sooner rather than later, as it keeps me more invested in the story itself, even if the later posts take their time. After all, it all depends on how our characters feel, and what the situation is.

For my first idea here, I decided to go with something simple enough, to see how it all goes. Please keep in mind that the idea isn't really that fleshed out, some brainstorming will be required prior to starting this, so I hope that's fine!
MC (who starts off as a relatively feminine/androgynous looking male) is down-bad on their luck, they have just lost their job and are on the verge of homelessness. One evening, when they are drinking their sorrows, and some of their remaining money away at a local dive bar, they are approached by a mysterious stranger, who hands them an odd business card/invitation with a couple of words and a phone number on it, promising them an exciting new way to live their lives if they call the number.
MC wakes up the next day, hungover, and finds the card/invitation in their wallet, after a short consideration calls the number and receives an address, the voice on the other end of the call asks them to wait at that address at a given hour. While somewhat afraid, they are driven by curiosity, and hope for finding anything that could turn their dire situation around, MC decides to comply to this.
Upon arriving at the address, a limousine arrives, the back door is opened remotely and MC is invited inside, where they find YC (gender to be determined, I would, however, prefer someone with a penis for that role, although I'm fine with vagina-havers), who is, by the looks of it, extremely wealthy and quite famous, gives MC the chance they were looking for, and takes them to their mansion. At first, YC offers MC a roof over their head and food for some simple house work, such as cleaning, cooking, etc., but the favours and request quickly start turning more sexual in nature, including having MC depilate their entire bodies save for their head. This progresses into asking MC to wear feminine clothing, at first MC is opposed to it but at the threat of getting kicked out, they reluctantly agree.
After some time (we can either do a small time-skip or just up the ante) the requests peak (maybe with MC being asked to undergo HRT, or even breast augmentation surgery), over the course of the process MC begins to love the way things are.

MC would eventually develop sort of a stockholm syndrome towards YC and actually start enjoying their sexual adventures.
Obviously, the scenario would be very smutty, and probably a short-term story, but we can brainstorm ways of making it longer-term!
