Unclear On The Difference Between Freeform Group And Open RP

See title. I'm not 100% clear on what the distinction is between those two.

Follow-up question, if I have a Role Play request that can fit into both Freeform Group/Open RP and Non-Binary, am I allowed to post it in both?

Freeform group RP is for groups that aren't system-based, but do have some kind of requirements to them — limited slots, defined character roles/profiles, required applications, etc.

Open group RP is for groups that anyone can walk into, jump into, and not have to apply/wait to join.

RP Requests by Non-Binary is for 1x1 RPs where you (the writer) will be writing as non-binary characters.

Thank you for the knowledge. I thought it was something like that, but wasn't wholly sure, so I'm glad to get clarity.
