Character Bio

Mr. E is a stage hypnotist by day and a supervillain by night. Smart and suave, he's built himself quite the fortune and network of thralls and sex slaves. His goal is nothing short of absolute power.

Powers/skills

Mr. E's voice is naturally hypnotic and drills into people's subconscious. The longer one speaks with him the deeper into his web you'll go. A skilled master at manipulation and deceit he's able to get anyone under his control soon enough.

Equipment

All Mr. E has is a chair that exponentially enhances his voice and nigh instantly puts others within his mental grasp. He's currently looking for ways to miniaturize the tech in the chair to enhance his powers 24/7 to further broaden his scope of power
