There hasn't been a dark romance that I have not liked. It seems to be a pretty solid base to build a plot on or a very open net for your pitch if you already have a dark romance in mind.

I am a firm believer that deep character development is a key factor in a successful and engaging roleplay. I'm not saying we need to draft a 20 page character display, but I really like going deep in on my characters and really putting them in conflicts that challenges them as a character. I also like to gush about our characters like a silly school girl and I am hopeful to find that same kind of energy.

While BDSM is not a requirement, it is a heavy topic of interest for me and a personal passion of mine. I would love to incorporate BDSM elements and I'm happy to discuss what I would like that to look like based on whatever plot we decide to develop. I like to write strong but submissive characters. I am also a masochists so incorporating elements of that is a huge win but again - not necessary.

There is essentially a magical world that consists of various different factions, all condemned to their own separate realms. These realms have been closed off for centuries with no one really knowing the original reason as to why they had originally closed. There was lore that the portals were closed by graceless Gods who had sense the great war unfolding and sealed any possibility of inter-realm travel to prevent the bloodbath from starting. Until one day, a human unknowingly opens the portal and becomes the largest asset for any Faction to have in hopes to have control over the Pathways.
Unfortunately, many are still convinced that the portals should be closed and not opened. They're certainly not happy about the new nuisance.

There is foul play at stake in the kingdom, and it is masked by the Princess' impending engagement. While the suitor hasn't been solidified, yet, there are vast rumors of those that know who it could be. Usually these rumors proved to be true, which is why an assassin is sent to stop the Princess' engagement at the Royal Grand Ball, but then accidentally gets himself swooped up as one of the Princess' new suitors.
*This is mostly geared towards a BDSM theme
MC's sister is dying, and out of an act of desperation, she hunts down a man rumored to cheat death in desperate plea to saving her sister's life. She didn't realize the club she was walking into was the Devil's Den and she finds herself face to face with the actual Devil. She makes a deal, for him to save her sister for her body. The two develop a unique, and addictive relationship between the limits he pushes her mental and physical, but also how she has changed the course of his natural instinct, too.

A woman is captured and kidnapped, taken away to some unknown location. Unfortunately, the captor realized they brought back the wrong person. Pleading for her life, she agrees to help them find whoever it was that they were actually seeking out while her fears turn into something else.
