This title says it all. What do you know, or think you know, about the world of sports of all sorts?
If you're a sports enthusiast, and especially classic, this is the thread for you! Try not to cheat answers by checking out google if you can help it. Test your knowledge with your answers to the questions, and the rest of BMR with your questions. All of mine will be pulled directly out of the sport reference sites. Baseball Reference, Basketball Reference, Football Reference and Hockey Reference. Use questions about stats, hometowns, whatever you wish. This first one with two parts will kick us off:
A. What season were the following five stars rookies for the NBA forerunner, the BAA:
Red Auerbach -coach, Joe Fulks, Connie Simmons, Belus Smawley and Max Zaslofsky? B. Name the three teams still playing today, from that season.
