Hopefully my bolding style gets you to the info you want fast. Some facts and some ideas:
I prefer short term smutty RPs to long term. My libido can be fickle, though, so I tend to prefer very simple ideas we can get into quick.

* Miasma - (dick haver x group) A sex cult (think Dibella of The Elder Scrolls, but the world is cuter/less murderous than TES) is overcome by a curse caused by a miasma (we could go full TES and blame Sanguine). Breathing it in makes people ravenous, insane, insatiable. Fighting the cultists doesn't work - if a fighter gets close enough to even shoot an arrow, they're just lost to the nonsense. But a cute traveler to the area, attacked by a pair of hot initiates, discovers that he's/they're immune - and not only immune, but his/their seed is actually a cure, at least when ingested. (I imagine you playing the hero, but it's open).
* The Offering - A rural village has a dark tradition; once a year they offer a young adult to a local deity who blesses the community with food and children for the sacrifice. Only it turns out they have the wrong idea - the fertility deity is actually entirely a fertility deity and just really likes making love to attractive offerings that reciprocate their appreciation for beauty. The youths have just been leaving after, pissed off that their community would forsake them like that.
* Incubus/Succubus - A sex demon appears in a human's bed, but forgets to put the human to a deep sleep. When the human reacts positively, though, the demon decides to have their fun sharing a little magic with the human. (Threesome spin ideas: two demons?)
* The Nymph - A hiker walks to an quiet mountain spring, and takes advantage of the seeming privacy by skinny dipping. But much to their shock, another person seems to have had the same idea. Mysterious, supernaturally good looking, the stranger puts the hiker to ease with their smile, enough that offering to help take care of distractions doesn't feel out of line.
* The Lake - Two college aged people reconnect after a few years apart. Once close friends, maybe (same sex) siblings. As kids they'd sometimes sneak off to the lake for a swim, never really worrying about bringing swimtrunks. On impulse the adults go back to their old spot for a swim, not thinking anything of it - they're (like) siblings, no more sexual than going to the gym. But the moment they hit the water, it's like they can't stop thinking about each other that way.
