The Rule #4 adjustment notification banner states "Rule #4 adjustement now in effect". rather than "adjustment".

I work on a lot of open-source projects, and I work specifically in security. Fixing bugs is what I do. If something isn't supposed to be that way, it should be fixed without exception.

Well, I've notified staff about the issue, I can't fix it for them. Maybe consider not making site changes under the influence of alcohol if they don't want such issues?
