I've just come back from a pretty long hiatus. I work 40+ hours a week but, I've been missing writing very much, so I'm going to make sure to carve time out for it in my day-to-day. I just want to be transparent that I may disappear for a bit and come back, once I'm back at work after the holiday break. I'll try to give warning and explanation if/when it comes up, but I need a partner who is patient and understanding. If you poke at me multiple times, I'm going to get frustrated. In return, I promise immense patience and I'm happy with whatever reply schedule you can keep.

The Succubus Sorceress: A sorceress has been put into a position where she has been rescued by her rival/enemy. Up to this point, she has had a vast grasp on part of the Northern lands. Not an absolute ruler, but more like a governor to a more powerful demon or devil. She's been ousted, by the very person she worked for (and had some sort of unhealthy sexual relationship with), and has been stripped of the majority of her magical power thanks to an enchanted choker around her neck, placed on her when she was distracted. She's now a political prisoner, scorned by the man she thought she 'loved' and betrayed by many of her followers. She refuses to give up hope that she'll regain power, but her situation is absolutely desperate at the point when the dashing Paladin comes barreling in and rescuing her.
Either they could have clashed several times in the past or this is their first time meeting, but they both know of the other's reputation.
After he defeats the horde imprisoning her, she wants him to leave her, but inevitably, she comes with him. With a duty to protect the helpless (which he could see her honestly as or do so in a spiteful way, absolutely up to you) he takes her along with him, hinting at helping her remove the cursed object around her throat. Not all of her magic is sealed, however, and she finds a place in his traveling party, or as his only partner, as his mage. She disguises herself to look more elvish or human, and ends up traveling as his companion.
Smut-wise, we could add the fun fact that, since she's a succubus, she needs to feed on intimacy every so often, or she could starve to death, so she has to convince him to help her out. It could start with just her watching him masturbate, to asking for more direct action when she isn't satiated enough. Depending on the kind of paladin you want to play, maybe he is celibate and these interactions are pressing his faith. But that's totally something we could plug in only if you want it to get smutty sooner rather than later.
The Goblin Necromancer: This shortstack is more a character I want to flesh out, rather than a specific plot idea. I've really wanted to build a broken oath paladin who had delved deep into necromancy. THERE WILL BE NO NECROPHILIA OR DISTURBING DETAILS. It's nothing sexual for her - she has other reasons for the magical path she took. But, of course it's still off-putting to others. Will she be taken on by a reluctant fighter who needs some magic on his side? Or perhaps a priest or paladin is looking to reform her despicable ways, and she's too stubborn to change that easily. I'd love to hear any ideas you may have or we can brainstorm them up around the premise of this gal!

- Be literate, be a competent writer, and actively try not to make grammar or spelling mistakes. I don't care if they happen in general - I make them too - but if you show a complete disregard for general rules, I know for a fact we aren't going to match well whatsoever.
- Be patient. I am ghosting friendly. I've done this hobby for over seventeen years - I have no need to waste my energy being upset over the loss of a good partner, even though it might suck at the start. If you come back hoping to pick things back up, I'm more than happy with that, too.
- Be easy-going. Don't stress over your post-length. I average 4 to 5 paragraphs, though that number is totally fluid and matches the situation our characters are in, more than trying to fill any sort of quota. I can tell you if it dips below two, I am more likely to lose interest in general. But, over all, quality over quantity.
- No first person and/or present tense. It's just not my jam. I don't write well with it or in it, nor do I like reading it.
- Drawn faceclaims only, or written description. Real pictures aren't my thing.
- Lastly, to be frank - If you reply to this RT with just a couple of sentences, I'm not going to respond to you. I have found that there's a positive correlation between shitty writers and a lack of effort in how they initially reach out. Same goes for if you clearly didn't read what I am looking for and are just asking for your own cravings.
