Hello hello!
Name's Bones! I'm very humbled to have anyone at least take a read through this, so thank you!
First and foremost, I'd like to add a disclaimer. While I am cool with sexual themes, I'd much rather develop the story and dynamic between the characters before any overly sexual stuff happens! It's much more fun to build up to it, for me! Besides, I'm mostly truly looking for a fun overall story.
I enjoy stories with darker overall tones, specifically those dealing with subtle or major power differences & at least vaguely unhealthy habits, and especially those with darker religious/symbolic tones. I also have a very special love for collaborative worldbuilding, so the more you want to contribute to lore, the better!
I will note that I sometimes take a bit to respond! Between being quite busy and occasionally having processing issues, it can take some time. More than likely I have not forgotten, I'm just trying to figure out how my character will react and how to word it!
Enough of me rambling, let's get to what I want!

| Setting: Stygian (Custom World) Genre: Dystopian, Grimdark, Cyberpunk Dynamic: Mechanic x Robot Notes: I have quite a bit of lore for this world, but much of it is open to ideas you may have for it, especially when it comes to building your character. | Many generations ago, the sky went dark following some of the most horrific wars the planet had seen and the landscape became barren. No one knows what the supercity's name was before it was put under eternal night, but the populous-given name of "Stygian" seems to have stuck. Stygian's current state is hellish to live in, even if you have immense amounts of money and status. Though, the rich of course convince themselves otherwise. The city has four districts. The Neon District (the rich), the Kings District (high-brow crime), the Beetle District (the working class), and the Styx District (those who reject society but will not brave the wasteland). Within the depths of the Kings District, a woman by the name of Bolts lives as a commission-based mechanic. She's known as being one of the best mechanics in the area, but has become infamous for her foul temper and unwillingness to barter with her prices. Unfortunately for her detractors, her prices are well worth the results. Less well-known is the carefully hidden affinity for robots she harbors behind closed doors. Most never see even a hint of it, as many robots remain nothing but thoughtless programming. But occasionally... the conscious mind within wires and coding catches her attention. |
| Setting: Basic Medieval Fantasy World (Open for further construction) Genre: Historical fantasy, Suspense, Horror Dynamic: Bounty Hunter x Disguised Eldritch Being Notes: I'm very open to hearing additional ideas for this, as I currently only have significant vibes in mind! This is a character I've had sitting for a while now, and I realize that I'd love to do something more with her! | I wish I could give a more detailed idea for this one, but I can only offer up my character and roughly what I'm looking for, for now! My character is a woman by the name of Renata. A quiet individual who truly wants to keep to herself and just simply do her job as a contracted monster hunter without otherwise being bothered by general society. Work, drink, sleep, repeat. That cycle sounds wonderful to her. The idea is that she meets a more monstrous individual that is far more cunning and difficult to kill than Renata had actually bargained for, one that she finds herself unable to defeat or even make distance herself from. I would love to see some full elements of eldritch/biological horror come into this one! The more conceptually inhuman yet still "civilized", especially in behavior, the better. |

Fantasy World (Open for further construction) Genre: Dark Fantasy, Psychological Horror Dynamic: Noble Woman x Religious Figure Notes: I'm very open to hearing additional ideas for this, as this is an idea that can take multiple forms! | The youngest, scorned child of the Cawthorne family... that is how she once labeled herself. And to a certain extent, the label still hangs heavy in her conscience, floating in the blood of her murdered siblings. However, she chooses to ignore it. Though the method that led to Abia becoming the head of the Cawthorne house was... less than ideal, controversial even. But she's done well to hide it, especially while navigating the cumbersome task of wrangling in the trade deals her family had. However, one loose end still remains, one that tugs relentlessly at the back of her mind. A priest, one that her family had made quite the deal with in full awareness of the power that the Church held. His assistance in hiding their more... illegal dealings, while in return they would pay quite well. Something about him always unsettled Abia, however, and she can't help but feel that he knows what she did. So why wasn't he saying anything? |
