[ WRITING STYLE ]
I'm flexible, I tend to mirror my partners based on their output. I will write to move the plot forward in any case. The details and what is said between us is definitely a huge factor. Anyway, here are some OLDER SAMPLES, most of these posts are intros I try to make an impression with the characters when I start! I also would like to know if posts aren't meeting expectations, I'm more than happy to edit and or repost something if it didn't give you enough to work with or if it failed to move things forward. I don't want anyone to feel stuck or let things die!
[ WHAT DO I BRING? ]
I tend to play Switch/Verse characters, I try not to assign roles, If you have a preference we talk about where our characters fall on that spectrum and work with that.
I'm super into creating queer/gay characters they will always have priority
That being said I'm confident and comfortable writing any gender and don't have a preference!
Smut/ Plot ratio - I tend to favor story/ plot more than smut. I honestly like to build up to it, I'm not the best at rushing into it unless there is like a pure smut idea you can sell me on. But those are more specific and I'm very picky when it comes to writing them. I love characters and will always favor writing and building them. Now I'm guilty of ooc discussions revolving around the idea of what could happen and possibly plotting the interests of both characters. And if that's something you're not comfortable with or feel would ruin the rp then no worries! Happy to keep ooc chatter to sfw!
[ WHERE TO RP ? ]
I have a strong preference to stay on site, I like to be able to edit posts. I also like to screen people and get a vibe before I add them to discord. When I did add them I would find that sometimes they were likely to ghost or ignore me, which is fine. I just don't want to go through all that effort until I genuinely like someone. We don't ever have to leave here though so don't feel pressured to offer anything if you don't want to! I don't have a preference between threads and pms - I'm not really into making my posts look pretty or coded if we do threads. I'd rather focus on making my post.

That's going to vary for me, I work mon-fri and have weekends off. I do have d&d on saturdays but outside that schedule my free time is going to vary. I'm very ooc friendly and will always do my best to update you on where I am in my post eta. Do not as you expect a post every day, I like to take my time and make sure I'm hitting all the bases while also keeping everyone engaged. I will never rush you for posts so please feel free to take your time, I'm very patient! I prefer to check in between a week or two but honestly if we're in an ooc flow I don't feel the need to know when you'll post. you do you <:

I'm honestly ditch friendly, life happens, you are more than welcome to drop things - if you like me enough to reach out again please do! I will never hold anything against anyone and will be happy to hear from you! ALSO ALSO. sometimes we lose interest or we have new cravings, it happens. if you ever get bored we can always pause and come back, or we can make new characters and new stories. it is always and option with me, I would rather have fun and not force anyone to continue if they feel burned out or have other creative interests!

MALARKEY DRASCA AKA LARK
Duegar dwarf from the underground. Short and stout as most dwarves come, she has tattoos on her face and over her body that aren't visible. Two in a swirl like arrow on either side of chin, and one broadly stamped over her forehead. She has short flaxen hair that is very messy. She is not classically pretty, she definitely has that unconventional attraction - some might compare her to being pug faced but that's the highlight of her dwarven features. Strong jawline, broad rounded nose, thick brows, heavy lidded eyes. Her most winning feature is her eyes, the color of bright amethyst. her personality is very loud, with a vivacious energy that draws a lot of attention. She's flirty and doesn't have much of a filter when it comes to saying what is on her mind which can often lead her to getting into a tussle or two. Lark had a seedy past that was outside her control, she had been abducted when she was young and brought to the surface. Her clan had been raided and she was one of the few survivors that was chosen. From there she worked in servitude aiding in more raids, she has a very colorful and violent upbringing brought out for her need to survive than consider her actions morally. She quickly became the bosses favorite and was given more social status within their ranks but was kept on a short leash for his whims, becoming extremely possessive. The day finally came when she had an opportunity to escape and she never looked back. Lark has finally come to enjoy her freedom and heavily indulges in doing as she pleases. Her answer to most things is prompted by her previous lifestyle she won't hesitate to intimidate, or take a life. Currently she works as a sword for hire, spending most days looking for odd jobs while keeping an eye out for the possibility that her former captor who might not be so reluctant to let her go and might peruse her.

he seems to be a source of tragedy when he falls in love, a curse usually follows, he's the youngest of his brothers and has a knack for getting into trouble of any sorts, while also seeking glory and attention!

ADAAR
A tiefling with a skilled eye for her arrows always finding there marks. Adaar found her calling and herself at a young age, born in a male body she transitioned becoming the stunning figure she is today. Dark ebony skin, sharp cheek bones, fierce golden eyes with white eye lashes. Her make up is flashy and bold, strong pointed winged magenta pink at the eyes with a splash of glitter, and dark sable glossy lips. She has a smooth shaven head which highlights her horns that curl back and then forward similar to a rams. Her appearance is strikingly androynous, with a muscular toned body fitted to a two piece salwar pants style in fine silken teal with corded red rope that ties across her broad shoulders and down her back in a sort kinky fashion. She also has a taste for white leather and adores her hunting jacket - it highlights her agile skill in swiftness in taking down threats as she has yet to have a mark left on it. Her demeanor is very intelligent, and caliculating. Adaar is comes across strong and silent calm and that can always be hard to read depending on the situation. She chooses her words carefully and displays a great deal of empathy. Once you get to know her that wall of silence easily melts, she's soft despite her exterior, and has an eagerness to record and draw what she learned from individuals and places she has visited. Her calling was adventure seeking itself, and along the way she has aided any who would seek out her help. Currently she has a strong interest to find any information about the mother land in which her own people came from - as at this point it has been lost to time and persecution. There seems to be a mysterious force directing her to seek out this knowledge - what she will uncover and do is still to be determined.
EDWICK MOUSER
Ed is a noble and a former knight. He's young but the constant infighting between his relatives and the land itself has made him look touch older than he really is. He stands out in his family with a bright flame like hair and white streaks at the temples. He has a trimmed beard when he has time to tend to it, occasionally it grows wild and untamed. He has a broken nose, and a scar across his cheek bone. His eyes are dark steel grey and have a very pensive look. His personality seems split, he fights with duty versus the boyish young man he never got to freely be. When his guard is down he's flirty, and almost roguish, and from time to time can act on impulsive decisions. Most the time he comes across stern and reserved, respectful, and acting like the noble he was bred to be. Edwick's life is a mess, after his mother passed he was withdrawn from the courts to return home and take over the inherited lands and titles. His uncles would rather strip that from him and take it for their own. In this scenario they are likely trying to send him on a quest - which he is reluctant to leave but believes in duty and serving for his house. His relatives will actively seek to see him killed before he succeeds to be rid of him.
[ YRSA ]
Yrsa is an orc druid, and their name stems from "little bear" as a joke having been one of the smallest orcs and then growing up came into their own. Yrsa considers themselves nonbinary but also does not mind being perceived male, their gender is very fluid just like the wild shapes they take. The clan has adopted dying their hair in colorful traditions and to what suits their nature. Yrsa was content to color their hair a cherry blossom pink as the nature of the tree's inherent beauty really spoke to them. Their hair is nearly a shoulder length curly tapered and blended wavy mullet, near their temples they have strands of hair braided back into several golden bands. They have dark iris and olive green hue to their eyes that seems to bring out the shamrock tinted skin tone. Yrsa is bold, strong, creative, and very protective of nature helping tp allow it to flourish naturally. They were sent into exile after a were-bear came to attack, while Yrsa wasn't able to save the beast itself they were able to end its suffering, unfortunately the inflicted curse was passed on to them. They could no longer stay in good faith on not bringing harm to their clan or the very forest they had promised to protect so they chose exile. They are hoping to find a cure or some way to resolve this curse - fearing the for once they can not control the form they choose to take. For now they have tentatively found an amulet that seems to help suppress the monster, but they suspect the magic will wear off at some point. They might be able to seek answers from a God, but who should they turn to ?
