Issue Showing past identities even when checking off "nobody" ?

I've got a question/issue. I've changed my username on one of my alts, and checked off that I don't want to show my past identities to anyone, and yet it still shows that symbol next to my username with my last username? Is there a timer set on this setting that will show this for x amount of time before it will be removed? Or is it a glitch on the website? It worked the last time I checked off that box.

It will always show the most recent if I recall correctly, and you will always be able to see the full history when logged into that account.

Show identities handles if your Discord/etc. shows, I think.

Hmm, it doesn't show on other accounts I've seen changing it, and it didn't show the last time I changed -- although I checked off that box months after I changed the username, which is why I wondered if it's a time schedule on it? If it is, I would love to know how long it is, hehe
