Ideas:
Sworn for his shoes:
A young man maybe early twenties finds himself in a dark alley after leaving a party or a club, a group of guys not found of his sexuality mug him etc. he’s left alone barely conscious when he feels someone pick him up, he’s waking up in a hospital bed with his rescuer holding his hand. Could be an ex lover someone he’s never met that wanted to save his life knowing maybe their soul mates through whatever channels magical or natural doesn’t matter.
Extra credit:
So this idea can go a few different directions. Student struggling to keep his grades up maybe he’s a jock or something to that effect, has to get at least a b in a class to pass. So his coach teacher or professor maybe secretly gay offers him a chance to redeem himself grade wise if he can manage to make one of them cum multiple times, become their personal little sex toy whenever they need a good fuck etc.
Doctor patient confidentiality:
A young man maybe nineteen to 20 finds himself being sent to therapy because his parents caught him with another man, they seem to think their son is broken etc. This could go all sorts of different ways, doesn’t matter how it starts out.
