Why don’t you want to play as a fandom character?!
Because I respect the character too much to write them the way you want them. What you crave is a fictitious iteration of something already fictitious. I often find the source material should be honored, and what’s desired that character wouldn’t do, so rather than struggle or feel like a hack I choose to play as characters I feel belong regardless of who they’re with.

My character (MC) moves into a more affluent neighborhood and sees Your Character (YC) with her boyfriend. MC is unable to hide her massive endowments, and is quite flirty, offering even while YC's boyfriend is within earshot and eye contact that she would be happy to take his place and introduce her to real sex whenever she isn't afraid. I'd love it if YC puts up a good defense publicly, but secretly is interested and begins sneaking off after curiosity finally gets the better of her. From there she's making up excuses as to why she can't spent time with her boyfriend, but I'd like if eventually it led to a confrontation where she doesn't want to have sex with him but wants him to keep paying for things so she can take MC on dates, buy presents, and keep up her lifestyle while enjoying another’s company.
Alternate world:
MC is looking to find somewhere to settle and remain somewhat alone, and is unable to have any luck. Hearing about the Elevator Game from the internet, while at work one day they decide to give it a shot while on-shift at their night job. MC being more comfortable in the night isn't scared by the prospect of a darkened mirror universe, however they expected this to be a liminal realm, and was lured by the prospect of being alone forever in a familiar universe, and doesn't expect to find another living person.
After settling into their new living situation and having gotten their home together they begin to notice strange things as they spend more time in the realm with no intent of return. By each day their world slowly fades and the true world begins to loom, and the exit begins to decay and deteriorate, making return looking less likely, however they remain undeterred since they haven't found any signs of life--until YC is seen.
Spotted from afar, she is spotted silhouetted against the red daylight or dark lunar eclipsing moon that remains ever-present. She inspires MC to finally come from their cocoon, and soon helps them become who they were always meant to be: a denizen of this world.
Villains always win
Story where MC’s goal aside from world domination is coercing and tempting a superheroine into becoming her plaything, making her watch as the city and world bend to the supervillain's will and desires while YC watches on in bliss and ignorance as the new world's queen. The heroine would be the only one strong enough, but finds the villainess too alluring to want to stop.
Breedstar:
One porn star accidentally signs them up to be paired with an ultra-fertile partner who can be actively bred, and filmed the whole time while their paying audience supports and provides for the show to keep going. MC is forced to take drugs as part of their contract, and while she doesn’t want children YC doesn’t seem to care.

MC is a captured demon who has resisted all other purification and holy rites, and heaven has only one trick up its sleeve: trapping. While MC wants to break things off and find a partner she can have kids with, she keeps getting drawn back to the devoted paramour who is willing to do anything to make her stay.

While MTF surgery and treatment isn’t cheap, YC heard about a person in town who can turn them into a woman in a more organic way, but it has a catch. The service leaves no scars, but it requires living isolated for a year.
