23 hour rule

i recently got a post deleted. this is what my screen says
23 hour should be 1140 should it not? but yet my post is getting delted as I writes this message... whos clock do we use for th 23 hr?

I am on EST; and it says you posted yesterday at 3:40pm (my time). Then it looks like you tried to post again 23 minutes ago. If you are in a different time zone you might want to see if something is effecting your browser or if you're using a VPN.

Yes I'm aware. I'm in est. Do be at 23 hours exactly you'd have to bump your thread in 10 minutes. You bumped early that's why you're post was removed.

The bump that I deleted from you was posted at 1:40 PM EST. There was an hour gap between 1:40 and 2:40, the forum clock is fairly accurate as far as posting times goes.
