I've never really been good at writing about myself. Most of the time, they come off as being similar to some sort of job application or resume. For whatever it might be worth, I'm getting old (I'm well above twenty-one) and female; I have no hang-ups over a potential RP partner's age. Regarding RP experience, I've got a few decades under my belt (right around twenty-four years) and I like to think I'm reasonably open-minded and flexible. RP, I prefer things that fall into the darker (or "heavier," if you prefer that terminology) side of things, content-wise. I'm not into fluff, traditional-style romance, fairytale/storybook/"happily-ever-after"-type endings, lighthearted romps thrpugh fairyland, or things of that nature. While I am very willing to discuss setting/world, story and character ideas (and am more than willing to go into great detail) with my partner(s), I don't "script" an RP beyond that. I prefer things to be story-heavy and character-driven; while I enjoy smut as much as the next person, I'm a writer by nature and I prefer there to be a reason for things to happen. I have absolutely no issue with violence, gore, fighting and things of that nature; they can be quite fun and can serve as points to drive a plot. I am very flexible when it comes to debauchery/smut/ERP, but I view it as a bonus that should happen naturally over the course of the RP, rather than being forced.
Please note that 99.9% of my characters are female. I don't really do traditionally "good" characters, typical heroines, or the "damsel in distress" type. As a general rule of thumb, my ladies tend to be of a more villainous or roguish nature; I like playing characters with more nefarious, unscrupulous, or generally not-quite-lawful traits. I might play the odd dark/Byronic heroine, but that's about as close to "good" as I come. I don't do perfection, either; my characters are always flawed in one way or another- and more often than not, they've got multiple flaws and shortcomings. While I don't usually play humans or completely traditional fantasy races, I don't mind at all if you do. Something I'm definitely not a fan of is the whole "redeemable villain" schtick; if one of -or both of- us is playing a character with some manner of villainous traits, then they shouldn't be reformed/redeemed by any means.

My Average Post Frequency:At least once a day | My Writing Style: Third person |
My Average Post Length:Varies between four long paragraphs and one thousand+ words | My Time Zone: Central Standard Time |
OOC Wanted and Expected?: I believe communication is very important, so yes, I am open to OOC messages; feel free to message me about anything | Preferred Plot to Smut Ratio: 70% Plot, 30% Smut |
Information For Potential RP Partners:
- Timezone differences do not bother me at all
- Don't worry about mirror-posting; while my posts are usually quite lengthy, I won't ditch you as long as you put in some effort and give me something to work with
- Regarding your character(s): I'm not the sort of person who will try to design your character for you. I can work with just about anything; what's important is that you enjoy playing and are comfortable with who you create.
- While I can (and will, if I've got something to respond to) post replies at least once a day, I don't mind waiting a few days between posts
- Communication is very important and RP is only fun if both parties are enjoying themselves; so please never hesitate to let me know if you don't like something
- I strongly believe there is a distinction between OOC and IC matters; just because my character(s) object to something, that doesn't mean anything at all OOC
- I don't care if my RP partner is male, female, or non-binary; shit, you could be a sapient potato hell-bent on world domination and I'd still be willing to RP with you.
Preferred Genres
- Dark fantasy
- High fantasy
- Low fantasy/Victorian
- Eldritch horror
- Psychological horror
- Slasher horror
- Supernatural horror
Things I Do Not Like
- Modern settings (including modern fantasy)
- Time travel
- Isekai
- One-liner responses to RP threads
- Fandom RP
- Young (Under twenty-one year old) characters that are sexualized/fetishized in any way
- Vore, scatology, golden showers, fetishized violence/gore (I'm great with gore, violence, fighting, etc; but don't sexualize it)
- Growth/expansion (just because it doesn't really make sense to me)
I've got a couple of rough idea outlines for my characters- as I like to let things progress organically through the course of RP rather than pre-plotting everything, they're fairly bare-bones; meant as a tool to set the scene and offer some ideas, more than anything ^^ My hooks are intended for a fantasy setting (dark fantasy preferably, any fantasy genre is fine, though; there's a lot of wiggle room. Yes, that does include debauchery, but as I've previously stated, things of that nature would need to happen organically) And if you're interested in one of my girls, but not necessarily the hooks, send me a message so we can work on some collaboration before getting something started. Ideas are under the spoiler.
Plot Hooks
My slowly-growing collection of villainous ladies can be found here
Back-alley whispers carry the tale of a killer-for-hire; one as silent as the grave, who does dirty deeds for dirt cheap, though she is not known for indiscriminate murder. While those in the know are aware that she is quite good at what she does, she is known to be rather difficult to locate and is said to only accept deals that interest her in some way.
- Maybe YC needs (or is desperate enough) to hire someone who would be willing to dispose of someone else for them? Maybe they're someone who needs the peculiar brand of protection that only a hired killer could offer (Firiel could serve as something of a vicious dog, so to speak, willing and able to attack and kill whoever it is that might fuck with her employer?)
- YC might have heard about the newest killings that have begun to take place in (town/city?) It could be that they stumble upon the aftermath of one such bloodbaths; it looks like a macabre work of art. Maybe YC was simply at the wrong place and wrong time when Firiel stumbles upon them? Could be that YC was hired to (or thinks they need to) bring Firiel to some sort of justice?
- (Here's an odd one XD) YC could be some sort of magic-user or arcane scholar who (for whatever reason of your chosing) studies or has an interest in curses - and has heard about Firiel's? Perhaps they could want to strike a bargain with her to let them study/examine, experiment, etc to learn about/try to break hers? (The curse is of infernal nature, so things could end up interesting there.)

Alenia
According to what several traveling merchants have been claiming, bandit attacks seem to be on the rise and a few of the nearby farms have been razed to the ground. Wealthy travelers have been advised to exercize caution when traveling, especially at night, as the attacks, robberies, pillaging and arson seem to be more well-orchestrated; they are suspected to be at the hands of a lone operative, rather than a group pf brigands. Though city guards and mercenaries alike have been alerted and are on the lookout, no suspects have been apprehended and the culprit is still very much at large.
- YC could possibly be hired to hunt down and capture Alenia. Or maybe they're pursuing her due to a general distaste for bandits. Possibly they're a monster hunter. They might even have a different motive entirely (up to you, they'd be your character, after all!) A high-stakes game of cat-and-mouse, laced with some good, old-fashioned mindfuckery, could end up going in whichever direction we end up taking it ^^
- Conversely, what if YC were Alenia's next target? What would happen if their wealth/power/etc caught her eye and she decided to hunt them down for the thrill of it? Or perhaps she had been hired as a thug by a local crime syndicate and is given the task of shaking YC down for whatever reason?
- Perhaps, after evading arrest, Alenia has managed to break into YC's place of residence while they were away. Making off with something your YC considers valuable, she absconded before YC returned home - and now YC is trying to recover the thing.
- Perhaps, after evading arrest, Alenia has managed to break into YC's place of residence. However, instead of managing to leave the scene of the crime in a timely manner, Alenia is caught in the act of burglary. Or maybe she walked straight into a trap YC had set, unaware of the circumstances?

Celisse
Within certain circles, information is just as valuable as material wealth. And those who can make other people talk are oftentimes in high demand. Word on the streets mention a torturer with a knack for interrogation; one who is willing to work for anyone, for the right price.
- YC could be a criminal of some reknown that Celisse was contracted to capture and interrogate, for whatever reason you can devise? (Plays into the idea of "monsters hunting monsters.") What if things don't end up going according to plan (YC could have been set up or something, maybe?) and both characters end up in the middle of a completely different set of circumstances.
- Maybe YC has heard that Celisse has very valuable information at her disposal; courtesy of the victim of the most interrogation she committed. (Whether it's about an artifact/relic, tome of eldritch magic, political secrets, etc, we'll work that out). What lengths would YC go to in order to obtain that information? And what would come of it, anyway? Or maybe the information she has is very politically-leaning; perhaps it involves some sort of scandal or political espionage?
- (Another odd idea here XD) What if YC was interested in learning the art of torture (or maybe poison) themselves and wanted to try and learn from Celisse? What heinous acts would they be willing to commit in order to prove their seriousness and worth to the artist?
- YC is caught up in some manner of treachery/political espionage/courtly intrigue and maybe they need the help of a torturer/interrogator? Or maybe they're the one that started the problem in the first place and they are now on their way to the naga's "lair" for her to ply her trade on? What if she decided to keep them captive for a while before beginning to subject them to her "art?"
