My husband passed me his iPad and pointed to a post.
The heading read: 'MUHFSA PMAU'
'What does that mean?' I asked. Mike shrugged.
It went on: 'rohjy omvjrd – qjpyi rdawmyosa'
'It's a code,' Mike suggested. That guy is razor sharp.
It ended: 'jpy ejoyr noyvj esoyumh'
That was it, apart from the code for the secure reply.
'Could be a spy sending a coded message,' I suggested.
'More like a horny housewife sending a message to her lover,' he grinned.
'What do you think she is saying?'
'Telling him when and where to meet, that would be my guess. Now, if we could crack the code, we could lie in wait to see who it is.'
'You can try if you want to. I've got to get on with the washing.'
Why was he looking at the personal posts? Why had he picked on that one and why had he shown it to me? Did he know I had posted it? Did he know what it meant?
