This is my first post so will try to improve this post over time. A little about myself, I have been roleplaying on and off for about 10 years on varying websites and chat rooms, this site being my latest exploration. What draws me to roleplaying is my ability to be creative and free, to try new things and build a character. I do tend to get invested in my characters(and other characters in the world) wanting to see them grow and enjoy themselves as best as possible, while also protecting them from certain events. I try to let them have a 'life of their own', essentially boiling down to I won't force them to do something outside of their character...but not going to stop another in-world character from forcing them if that is the direction of the scene.
I live in GMT-4 but tend to play in the evenings. I do have a very busy personal life that does not always allow for consistent adequate time to play, however I do try to update at least OOC at least once a week. With that being said for a good story if I am not too busy I will fit in a post every 15-30 minutes if I can. For OOC I can be more responsive as it requires less thought.
On that note I do enjoy OOC. I am usually open to a good chat either related to the rp or not. Please do not be afraid to talk to me about what you want, what you enjoy, any critiques about our roleplay or my style, and how we can improve our story. I do not judge and I want every roleplay to satisfy both partners. For a non-rp OOC I am happy to discuss just about anything that is not personal.
I can play most OC roles(M or F) as I enjoy the flexibility of creating my own characters, however if you insist on a certain face claim I can work with it in most cases. I am pretty flexible on face claims if you can be flexible on the personalities.
As for length of posts, I am not picky as long as the message comes across and I can picture the action. I used to do long posts however with so many false starts and ghosters I do not put the effort in until I know you will be around and will be worth the effort.

I play in a few different ways, but this is what I am currently craving
GM/World building - You and I build a world, possibly around your character, where I control most of the characters and the world. I do not play by strict gameplay rules (DnD 5e for example), I am open to using them sometimes for some random events but not the entire story.
Medium/Long 1x1 or Many x 1 - A story with minor to no world building with 1x1 or a small cast of characters(I am open to playing most if needed)

The reason we are all here. If you have a plot feel free to start with that.
A small group of adventurers in a fantasy world(GM Style)
A supernatural creature waking up in a modern world and having to adapt/survive (GM)
*For above an example would be a vampire asleep for several hundred years being disturbed in 2023 and waking up

New girl/boy on the block.
Roommates(by random lottery or old friends)
College boy/girl placed in an all female/male dorm.(GM)
College students
Neighbors
Bro X Sis
First meet and dating
Online dating to real
As I final note, hopefully everyone made it this far. I prefer to play on discord as I am really bad at checking this site. PM me with your thoughts on a plot for my discord information.
