Issue Width on TABS and FIELDSET

Hi! Is there a reason why the width on tabs and fieldsets stops changing after around 700px? I can type in 1200px but it doesn't get bigger, and it doesn't fill the post like I want it to.

As you can see, the code shows 1100px on everything, but it's like it's a maximum width on them which is only 700px or something.

Is this something that could be easily fixed?

E.g.:
