Elsa was incredibly angry that she was being forced into this marriage. She hadn't even wanted to get married, ever, but her parents had never taken to that idea. Elsa was an intelligent girl, having graduating top of her class from the best girl's school in Charlotte. She understood being a Southern Belle required being overly ladylike, but she was sure she could accomplish that while also having a business career.
But now she found herself standing before the church doors, hearing the wedding music begin to play inside of it. She was being married off to a man that she didn't even know, she'd met him only a few times. He seemed fine enough, but not fine enough for her. She liked independence and solitude, not dependence and servitude.
Elsa had deep brown hair and equally deep brown eyes. Her skin was pale, but her cheeks were rosey. She was average height, 5'5'' and had a curvy body but was by no means unbecoming. She fidgeted a little as she awaited her fate, hoping at least that she could come to an accord with her new husband and that they could live seperate lives.
The doors finally opened, the music blaring out at her as she began that walk up the aisle.
