I play, but not often. Usually just with some college buddies of mine.

I mostly do draft tournaments. I like it more than just preparing a deck for hours....
-meaning, most people can come up with a lot of better stuff than I can.-

It all depends on where you play. If your in a store with no high ranked players you might go good, or if your in a store with all high ranked players you might end up at the bottom a lot.
