Demi-god x Demon hunter
Mae(MC) is a demi-god but doesn’t know it. There were small signs all her life, but she never connected the dots, or maybe she just didn’t want to connect those dots. YC is the older brother of a lifelong best friend of Mae’s, who happens to be a demon hunter. Mae is the daughter of Hades, and YC knows this. YC always saw Mae as a little sister, and he quickly took on the role of a protective big brother in the shadows when Lucifer discovered he had a mixed-blood child and began sending servants to get rid of Mae.
YC is on a life-long quest to close various portals between the overworld and the underworld to lessen the number of demons terrorizing humans. For years he has been trying to figure out a way to tell Mae of her paternity, but it never seems like the right time. She could be a valuable asset for closing these portals.
One night, during a lunar eclipse, a demon slips through YC’s radar and makes it to Mae’s apartment. You get a panicked call at 2 am with Mae bawling her eyes out. It’s hard to understand but the word ‘monster’ and ‘help’ rings clear. There's then a series of Mae’s screams, a primordial roar, and then the line cuts.
When YC arrives Mae… doesn’t look like Mae. Red skin, horns, golden eyes, a devil’s tail. She’s pinned down under the demon acting absolutely feral. She’s screaming, kicking, scratching, biting, flailing.
Maybe it was finally time to break the news to Mae…

Faerie x Lucifer
Allonee(MC) is a faerie, or fae. She lives in a spectacularly magical forest called ‘Mother Nature’s Domain’. To humans, it’s just a plain old forest, but there’s a ripple in time where otherworldly creatures can slip in to enter. Mother Nature welcomes all with open arms… even Lucifer. However, he was limited to only certain parts of the forest to avoid mass destruction.
Lucifer on occasion will go to Mother Nature’s Domain to admire its life and beauty. However, wherever he steps, the forest decays. The same is true if he was to touch a living creature, they’d turn to dust. No one interacts with him, instead fleeing in the opposite direction in fear he might be some kind of sick prankster that’d want to kill them. Allonee always felt bad for him but remained cautious to stay away.
The faeries of Mother Nature’s Domain are the caregivers. They’re the ones who clean up Lucifer’s mess and decay whenever he visits.
One morning Allonee was scavenging fruit and spotted Lucifer. She hovered back, watching him be all alone. She felt pity in her chest, and after fighting every survival instinct she had, she silently made her way over to him, floating above the ground with her wings. “Would you like a pretty rock, Lucifer?” The small voice asked from behind him. She knew he couldn’t destroy a rock, it had no life. If he turned he’d see the small faerie hovering to be at his eye level, her face soft and warm.
When Lucifer accepts the gift, their fingers graze. Allonee screams and covers her eyes, waiting for darkness to envelope her…. But nothing happens. Looking at Lucifer she tilted her head curiously. Maybe Lucifer could have living company after all.

Zombie Apocalypse
A virus swept the world within days, killing billions of people all across the globe. Those who died turned into classic comic book zombies. Slow and moaning creatures that try to eat the flesh of the living. This was about ten years ago, and while some people have found groups and communities, some haven't.
MC is twenty years old and grew up during the start of the apocalypse. She is... crazy. She loves the apocalypse and the fact the world is the strongest and craftiest survive. Before the world went to shit she was one of those disturbed children that would kill animals. She was sure she would be a murderer when she got older... and she was right! She now spent her days killing the fuckers who weren't strong or crafty enough to not die.
She owns two daggers and a metal bat with nails welded all around. Though, a good way to identify her is the fact that she wears rollerskates. Yup, rollerskates. They're the kind of shoes that can be normal but have hidden wheels in the sole.
She has been extremely cautious about the living. She was with a group at one point but was SA'd and abused since she was a girl with a group of men. She's a small woman, and that just doesn't pair well with people who are as crazy as she is. She rather take her chances alone.
She has managed to make herself a tree house within a forest that had a town on one side, and a city on the other. She thought people were idiots for trying to make shelters on the ground... new flash geniuses, zombies can't climb trees.
One morning on her usual runs she sees a line of zombies lumbering in one direction... someone alive was close. It had been a year or two since MC has interacted with a person. Kicking her shoes into 'sports mode' she weaves through the zombies until she finds YC being overwhelmed.
All YC sees is a chick quite literally skidding to a stop and slicing open her forearm. She waves the bloody arm around, blood splattering about. The attention on YC has now shifted to MC.
"You're a fucking dumbass dude, walking the middle of the road like this! I'll distract, you kill them," She shouts at him. When the fight is over, YC isn't looking too hot. They're dirty, weak, and covered in various noninfected injuries. MC decides YC isn't a threat, and that she could easily dispose of them if she felt even a little uneasy. MC offers to take YC back to her shelter to patch him up and let them have probably what would be the first peaceful sleep in ages.
The two will bond very slowly but eventually become a solidified duo.

The Vampire Wars;
[Halfblood ex-princess turned knight x vampire lord. Apocalyptic setting.]
Finnley(MC) was once a perfect little princess of humanity. She lived a carefree life, being the youngest daughter of five. Her favorite thing to do was to pester the guards, who adored her visitations. As she got older they even began to show her the ways of combats. She wished to be a knight for her elder sister who would someday become queen. That was all before the war had started, however.
Vampires, the things of fairytales, had started to show up. It started as rumors of feral beasts killing humans in rural areas… but before the government could properly investigate the situation, things blew up.
Vampires were everywhere. They had grown up underground; there were centuries of tunnels under human society. The vampires have their own society that has been laying low for their moment to strike.
The capital was hit early on. Finnley's family had hid within the king's chambers when the vampires invaded. It was Finnley, the queen, the king, her three elder sisters, and her one older brother. A vampire lord had found them hiding. He was… rather beautiful to Finnley. He wore silky red clothes with a white cape draped around his wide frame. His eyes were like shifting gems, sometimes very dark, sometimes very light. His hair was a glossy black, tumbling down to his hips. There were charms placed within a few braids as well.
The next scene happened quickly. Her family was slaughtered, but he had paused at Finnley who held a sword in her shaky hands. "Come on!" She screamed, pointing the tip at him. He appeared to her right within an instant and was nearly met with a wide sweep of the sword. Ducking, his aggressive expression shifted to shock.
He sniffed at her for a moment before letting out a growling hiss. "Go," He said. Finnley didn't hesitate to flee, sword in hand. Existing the castle she kept her head down, the smell of metallic flooding her nose. Everyone was dead.
About fifteen years have passed(She was 8 when she fled) and Finnley still doesn't know the reasoning of why she had been spared. (She's a half-blood, and vampires rarely kill each other. She was not the king's daughter.)
Finnley has grown to be a knight within humanity's regrowing army. One day she heads out on a scouting mission and was captured. That lord who had spared her had been looking for her for years and demanded that she was to be found and brought in.
Finnley ends up at YC's, preferably another vampire lord, manor. The other lord is busy and asked YC to house her for a while. He didn't explain why, but what trouble could one human girl cause? Apparently a lot.
Once in the manor, she was unrestrained and escorted by two men. Two younger and inexperienced vampire servants. Well, they didn't properly check Finnley for weapons. Once they get to the door that YC is waiting behind, Finnley pulls out two silver daggers from her boots and kills them. Swift strikes to their heart. All YC would hear is a couple of thuds, and then the door being kicked open.
Finnley is a small girl. Five foot even, a lean build that hides any muscle she may have until she flexes. Sandy blonde hair that reaches just below her shoulders. One blue eye, and one that made people do a double take… was it a warm brown, or red?
Instead of anger, YC is Intrigued by her abilities. How did this small girl kill two vampires? Skilled or not, vampires were almost always faster. Clearly, there was a serious reason the lord had wanted her captured. However, he wanted to keep her. Perhaps as a new guard dog or blood slave.

Vampire ideas;
- Vampires are not savage beasts, especially among themselves. They have a strong love for their society and the communities within it.
- Half-bloods are considered to be the same as a vampire. They are extremely rare to find; female vampires can't be impregnated by a human, and a female human often dies early in pregnancy. Vampires see half-bloods as a way to not completely eradicate a whole race.
- Each vampire has a different set of abilities along with the base ones. For example; All vampires cat fly, transform into beasts(beast depends on blood-line), and move extremely fast. Though one could control fire, while another can see another's emotions.
- MC's blood is special. She's born from pure-blood royalty on both the vampire and human side. Extra tasty.
- YC 'corrupts' MC to choose the side of the eternal over humanity. The vampires are painted as the big bad, but they simply want to rebirth the world back to its prime before humans ruined everything.
- YC teaches MC how to feed off of blood to properly awaken her abilities. Starting with YC's.
- YC teaches MC how to be a proper vampire.
