Fairly simple straightforward idea. YC is a femboy who has a gambling problem which ultimately leads him to borrow money from some sketchy people who he has no hope of every paying back. When they come to collect, he doesn't have the money, and when threatened with meeting a very violent demise at the hand of a mobster goon YC offers to enter into their servitude instead. Naturally the enforcer accepts, and giving the femboy's rather provocative figure that servitude becomes sexual in nature almost immediately.
