Is there a place within my account where I can save notes on roleplays to keep track of names of characters, places, etc.?

The best place you could do this is in the OOC Forums and start a journal.

You're welcome! You might just want to add a note in your journal if you don't want anyone to comment or post in there. If you do, then it's not an issue.
